Best Western Beachcroft Hotel

Friendly staff, great location, good breakfast.

We stayed over the bank holiday weekend 2y 4-26 May 24. We would like to Wendy, Shania and chef Damien for their attention to detail and diligence. Overall quality of the hotel was good. In holiday time car park can be very busy and guests may have seek parking.

I visited the Beachcroft hotel with my partner this week on dinner, bed and breakfast rate. We stayed in a beach hut called 'Shell' which had the perfect view out to sea. On arrival received a warm and genuine welcome and quick check in experience; just what we needed after a long day on the train. Upon entering the beach hut, we were surprised to have a bottle of prosecco waiting for us on ice, which we enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the sea. The accommodation side of things was everything you could want; a nice quiet beach hut with a stunning view. The bathroom and shower were fine, though anyone much taller than me (5'11) might find their head a little too close to the highest point the shower head gets to! Onto breakfast - everything you'd want from kippers to a full English they had it covered. You could tell the ingredients were all very high quality and there was local jam and honey for toast. Our evening meals were just as good; different specials on each evening including fish dishes and things you wouldn't necessarily cook at home. The portion sizes were very generous and we only managed two courses each evening because of how well we were fed! The surrounding area had plenty of places to walk to including Bognor Regis town (20mins along the promenade), Hotham Park, Butlins, with lots of food and drink pit stops around too. I'd definitely recommend to any couple looking to get away from things and relax, or have somewhere quiet to stay with the hustle and bustle of the town centre being within walking distance. Finally I want to pass on my thanks to everyone at the Beachcroft for such a wonderful stay.

The beach hut suites are delightful! Well thought-out and everything you could want is supplied. BUT this place is let down by the restaurant. Our dinner (a fish dish and a chicken dish) was overcooked. Service is very slow and on the second morning, having waited for 30 minutes, our order for a cooked breakfast was still in the waitress' pocket!

A very good hotel overall, would visit again in the future, staff very friendly, breakfast very good, evening food could do with have more options, and slightly expensive.

food in the three restaurants was exceptional. The staff were all very friendly and could not do enough for you. Our dog friendly room had a small fenced in patio. special mention to Katy,Shannon, and Alex, and head chef, who made our stay so much better.

Lovely hotel with good facilities for children ( swimming pool, table tennis and pool) in an amazing location right on the beach front. The rooms were spacious, breakfast was good, evening meal was also good and outdoor bar area is really nice to sit out in the sun. Staff were very friendly especially Shannon on reception. She was very helpful when we arrived and throughout the stay.

From the moment we were greeted by Shannon in reception we had a wonderful stay at the Beachcroft. All the staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Shannon gave us an upgraded room so we had a lovely view of the sea. The food at breakfast and dinner was exceptional. We will recommend you.
