At this hotel we only slept for a few hours and then left for the safari. Large rooms with kitchen and living room. Good cleanliness, good courtesy set and average breakfast. The pool is small but I think very few people use it since which is really a support hotel for safaris.

The rooms are very spacious, with kitchen and living room! The parental corner closes. The bathrooms are well equipped. There is a little noise in the evening because you are in the center of Arusha. bring earplugs if necessary. The lounge and bar is large, the restaurant tables are fairly spaced apart! The food is very good ! The lunch boxes are very good! The children enjoyed the swimming pool! The staff is very friendly, helpful, and smiling! I highly recommend this hotel!

A neglected and not very clean hotel. It is an old hoet and it shows that it has not had maintenance, the carpet is very dirty. Spacious rooms with kitchenette and good food. Very friendly staff and manager. With good location in Arusha.

This was the only structure on our safari that was not a lodge but a 3-star hotel, I think. Rooms with kitchen and living room, beautiful large and with pleasant furnishings. The restaurant was a real surprise. We had a very good dinner. Rice with coconut oil and beef with vegetables. Breakfast was also rich and buffet style. For what we needed it was an excellent choice.

The room is wow - I got the big one - a bed room with attached room, one children room with attached bath, one big kitchen and a big hall. Wow such a luxury and big space for a single business traveller. Food is more great for non vegetarians. Clean room with Very great support. Welcoming staff. We received a welcome drink and the next morning enjoyed a wide array of fresh and delicious food at the breakfast. The staff were very hospitable and the hotel is positioned well for those wishing to travel between Kilimanjaro and the Serengeti or Ngorogoro. 1 comment to improve would be hot water (there was none) though that might not be in the hotel's control.
