It's not bad because it's managed by Sheraton, but honestly, it's not that good compared to the price.

I stayed at the Arusha Sheraton before, when prices were not so high. Come back now, the environment is still good, but the decoration facilities have not changed much. At the same price, it is no longer possible to stay in the same room type [previously booked without Ctrip]. The hotel's breakfast is good, with many varieties and choices. The lunch buffet at US$20 per person is much more cost-effective than before. If I come back again in the future, as long as the price is right, I will continue to choose here.

The hotel is very clean, up to date, and very decent given the location. The food was fine. The service was nice as everyone was very welcoming and accommodating. They have a nice cocktail selection and shisha. No complaints! I would stay again.

Very comfortable hotel with a very good breakfast buffet. The hotel arranged a day trip around Arusha with Martin as our guide. We all really enjoyed the day which was interesting and informative. Martin was flexible with our schedule so we could spend more or less time at attractions we wished.

I spent a couple of days here attending a conference. The old hotel is quite pleasant and the staff goes to great lengths to please. It was amazing that the Hotel constructed a ramp to allow our colleague access to the meeting room in his wheelchair. The lunch spread was wicked right down to the dessert. I am still trying to shake off the weight. I loved the garden with lots of mature trees all tagged with their name and origin. Sadly I could not find a single indigenous tree.

Centrally located with well appointed rooms , however breakfast needs a major improvement as most food items were cold on the buffet, not replenished regularly with some dishes empty, 1 chef making eggs an wait times of over 30 minutes, we left without receiving our eggs at breakfast, wait staff need to be more attentive, did not see any manager around. Water pressure in showers very low. A rather disappointing start to our safari
