This was a wonderful start to an amazing Safari experience. The rooms are well appointed in a coffee plantation providing much needed relaxation after a long flight. The Shanga experience was a highlight of our stay. We found the alcohol prices to be overpriced for the brands that were available. Food was amazing.

We had several nights at Arusha Coffee lodge on both ends of our safari. The facility is luxurious and very attractive. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Service and food are excellent. We totally enjoyed our time spent at the Lodge and would happily return in the future.

Hotel located in a pleasant and well-kept environment with comfortable and spacious villas with quality amenities but without air conditioning (despite the fans, it was quite hot in the villa). We enjoyed a pleasant meal with a tasting of several typical local dishes in the complex's gardens, although we were disappointed not to be able to order mineral water (they only had filtered water and it was not included in our reservation). Up to this point everything was going well, but when we showered after eating, we did not have hot water (we were offered a room change, but we were already preparing to leave and it was not operational). This, together with some additional incident, caused us to end our 6-day safari with a bad taste in our mouths, taking into account the money invested and the category of the hotels. In its favor, it is fair to comment that the hotel Manager himself was waiting for us at check out with a very honest apology and a compensatory detail, but it was not the culmination expected just before returning from such a special trip (and one of very high economic inves**ent ) in which nothing should fail.

This was our first stay in Arusha before embarking on a safari. We were welcomed with iced coffee and a warm greeting. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and all of the staff members in the hotel and restaurant were very friendly. The room was large, with a comfortable bed. No air conditioning, but it cooled down at night. The restaurant had very good food and great service. This was a good way to start our safari!

Hotel in the center of Arusha. Lovely place. The rooms were clean and with every comfort. Breakfast rated 10. Friendly and helpful staff. Our plane was delayed 4 hours and they welcomed us at 2am in an impeccable manner, offering us a hot, scented towel and ice coffee

Very good lunch at the Lodge restaurant. Really nice staff and a very good and very complete mezze! The green setting is pleasant, the garden is magnificent. Congratulations to Timotheo for his smile and his professionalism (see you 'our son' 😉).

We stayed here one night prior to our safari and at the end of our safari had a day room here before our flight left out of Tanzania. The hotel is beautiful and we wish we could have enjoyed the amenities longer. The room was large, food was good, and the bartenders at the bar were excellent. There are a ton of vervet monkeys living here and they were fun to watch as well. The gift shop also had a lot to offer. We would stay here again.

My wife and I stayed at the Arusha Coffee Lodge upon arrival and again before departing. We would highly reccomend this accomodation. The staff is very welcoming, the rooms are charming and comfortable, and the food is great! Stay here with confidence.
