Останавливались на одну ночь в номере Комфорт+: в номере был чайник, чашки, пакетики с чаем, стаканы, мини-холодильник, фен. Номер просторный, тихий, окна не на дорогу. Кровать комфортная, только почему-то на двухспальной кровати было полуторное одеяло...Завтрак скромный, но голодным не останешься: омлет, творожная запеканка, сыр, колбаса, йогурт, каша,, мюсли, чай кофе, сок. Расположение очень удобное, до Соборной площади пешком минут 20, рядом пешеходная улица К Маркса, вокруг много магазинов. Перед отелем парковка. Персонал очень доброжелательный.

Гостиница на троечку. В номере очень потёртый ковролин с огромными темными пятнами, ходить по такому босиком не хотелось. В ванной были волосы под раковиной, сидушка унитаза жёлтого цвета( совет администрации не доводить до такого состояния и если не получается уже отмыть, то заменять, очень не приятно было пользоваться ) на потолке живописные красные подтёки( даже не буду пытаться представить откуда). Шведский стол очень скудный, одна кофе-машина на довольно большое количество гостей. Матрас очень жёсткий.

Отель паршивенький. Номера грязные. Все время приходиться дышать взвесью от ковролина. Уборка некачественная. Персонал хамоватый. Завтрак скудный и невкусный. Можно заказать ужин и тебе принесут на ужин за 500р то, что недоели на завтрак. WiFi средненький. прилагаю фото завтрака и того, как выглядит ковролин на полу. Итог: Плюсы: цена, расположение. Минусы; хамское отношение, грязь.

На полу огромный слой пылевой взвеси от ковролина. Когда ходишь по номеру на ногах скапливается огромный слой пыли, образовавшейся, судя по всему, от износа ковролина. После замечания администратору (декабрь 2021 года, номер Люкс) пытались долго доказать, что ничего такого нет и это мне кажется. Но когда проводишь рукой по ковролину на ней скапливается внушительный слой этой дряни. Предложили поменять номер, но там то же самое!!! Администратор констатировал, что ничего не может сделать, ну просто всё вот так. Помимо этого телевизор какие-то каналы показывает, какие-то не показывает. Прислали мастера, который единственное что смог сделать, это сказать «просто кабель такой или подключение». И ничего собственно не сделал.
