Hilton Salwa Beach Resort & Villas

An Arabian Nights-themed hotel. Excellent breakfast, amazing dinner, a choice of 20-30 meat dishes. Everything is divided by cuisine: Indian, European, etc. The staff is very helpful. We went there from the water park. While the hotel is a 5, the water park is a 3. The slides are so-so, there's bird droppings everywhere, and the worst part is the cold water. The room is large, the bathroom is clean.

The product fell far short of expectations and was not worth the price for the service. 1- Waiting at the hotel entrance and traffic congestion. 2- Waiting to check into the room. 3- The pool is very small (depth) and only suitable for children. 4- The water park's only advantage is that it's covered, but the rides are very limited. 5- Waiting to receive a water park wristband. It should have been given to me at reception since I had booked a stay at the resort. 6- The most important thing was the food. Dinner was very bad; there were many options, but it was terrible. I ordered chicken breast, and it was dry, cold, and tasted like fish (irritating). 7- Breakfast was also bad. 8- The resort is not worth the effort and is not worth the price for the services. 9- Upon checkout, they took my belongings and then left them at the exit door without a trolley.

A decent hotel 100 km from Doha. Clean, new, and very uniquely designed and decorated. Excellent breakfasts, a fabulous Arabic restaurant. Otherwise, there are some serious issues: 1. The hotel's navigation is literally nonexistent. You have to walk for miles to find your room. The staff is clueless and doesn't understand what's expected of them. 2. The beach. In the evening, at low tide, the beach turns into a dirty, silted-up children's pool. As soon as you swim out beyond the beach line, a lifeguard immediately paddles up in a kayak and nags you that you can't go there because there are water sports. Water Sports, by the way, is SAR. 3. The Italian restaurant is a disaster. A catastrophe. Absolutely everything is bad: the service, the food, the atmosphere, the service... And that nightmare in the photo, they call it a Ribeye... Avoid that scam if possible.
