5月5日、みずがめ座エータ流星群を見るために一泊しました。昼までは快晴だったのに夕方から厚い雲が出て、メインの星が全く見えず残念。それでもとてもよかったです。恐る恐る申し込んだ初めてのバギー、50歳後半のおばちゃん1人の参加でしたか、ちゃんと？皆さんについていけて、とても面白かった。お店の人に優しく気にしてもらいながらですが。。。焚き火ナイト。本当に大きなマシュマロを焚き火で焼いて食べて美味しかった！ハンモックも初めて利用しました！お風呂も3回も入りました！サービス等を4にしたのは部屋にコーヒが備え付けてなかったから。ロビーにあるのですが、私はインスタントでも部屋にあると嬉しいです。でも、メインの星が見えなくても満足でした！

Get to and from the resort was challenging as we were not driving so I wish the hotel communicated more clearly that we should take the shuttle bus and the specific timings. It could have been helpful also to ensure we understood this at the point when we checked in.

The room was a twin room, but it was spacious and nice.
I went during the ski season, and there were a lot of day trip visitors, so there were only two hair dryers, so I was disappointed that I had to wait in line. Day trip bathing costs 1,000 yen plus 200 yen for towels.
Both breakfast and dinner were plentiful and delicious! The food was aimed at children, but even adults enjoyed it.
Guests staying overnight for skiing etc. seemed to be able to use guest lockers for free, but I wish they would have been informed of this before leaving their luggage. If you leave it in a locker, it will cost you an additional 300 yen.
Most of the staff were foreigners, but they all spoke Japanese well and we had no problems communicating, but I got the impression that they didn't smile much and only did what I requested for service. (For example, asking for a refill if your water glass is empty during a meal.)

It's been 10 years since my children have grown up. It still felt clean. Unfortunately, the hot water in the public bath in the morning was very dirty. I was hoping for a sky full of stars, but I was disappointed because the weather was not good. However, it remained popular with my family.
