Arrangements for my little one’s birthday made by the hotel were superb. The food was delicious, staffs were very supportive and soft spoken. I would gladly recommend fern residency to anyone for events.

In Asansol , Fern Residency is one of the best Hotel . All the ***agement of Fern Residency are very cooperative . All the staff including ***ger and ther Gm are very Helpful. Their Hospitality and Food are good . I am very happy to do a CME in This Hotel . Thankyou Fern Residency..

Best Hotel in Asansol, with one of the amazing staff, mentioning Jayanta Sarkar, great Hospitality, got more than what was expected in a tier 2 city, no questions on the deliverables, very co-operative,not only for stay you can book for conferance was well ,best unfrastructures.

Staying in Fern is always a visitors delight. Food, facilities all are excellent. Only thing need to add is swimming pool, cricket ground and SPA facilities. Looking forward to stay again during next visit. Also would recommend everyone to choose FERN over any other hotel chain while in Asansol.

Staying everytime is fun in this hotel. Staying here since 2015. Just a small suggestion - Need to improve a bit room service timing and toiletries placement. Else everything is fine. Best business hotel to stay in Asansol and very close to SAIL ISP.

Nice mattress. Good ambience. Staff are very well behaved. Cleanliness. I stayed there 4 more then 10 days.. for a business trip. And my experience was really good with the employee and staff working over there.. The food was delicious. Service was well organised. Overall the stay was good. Though the hotel needs some touch ups.. like there are paints running out of the wall.. looks old. Other then that all was good.

Good hotel. Very good behaviour at the reception desk. The ***agement is excellent. They went out of their way to help me with some confusion regarding the bill. I really appreciate that. Fern is the best place to stay. Rooms were clean and spacious.
