Great location but a little noise. And they did have elevator problems which meant we had to walk up stairs to get to our floor.

Staff helpful and friendly. Hotel very clean. Beds super comfy. It is in the entertainment district, so it’s noisy outside on the weekends. Was fine with us though!

Service was excellent and room was spacious and well equipped. The breakfast was great! It is in the heart of things so can get a bit noisy on weekends. They do provide white noise machines upon request and also earplugs. I suggest booking a room on the quiet side of the building if you are a light sleeper

Check-in at front desk was not welcoming. FD agent Chris was talking to a young lady behind the desk, and they kept chatting as I stood there. Upon check-in, Chris did not thank me for being a loyal Hilton Honors member nor for being a Diamond. I smiled twice at the young lady as she did a task and she saw me, twice, yet she did not return my smile. Ouch. It would have been nice if they were warmer and followed Hilton protocol.

We only stayed for one night and it was a great stay. The hotel is very clean and seems to be well taken care of. The room and bathroom seem updated. The breakfast was typical Hampton Inn with hot foods, fruit, bakery items and it had a lot of extra items like lots of toppings for the waffles and oa**eal. The only negative was the noise from the bars outside at night. We turned on the room fan and it helped but if you are a light sleeper, it could be a problem. The best part of the stay was the front desk staff (B and Rhonda). I booked a King by mistake and B was able to change the room to 2 beds (and was so nice about it). My son left one airpod in the room and I called Rhonda, who contacted staff to find it. When we went back to the hotel, she had it at the front desk. They were so pleasant and friendly and made the stay much more enjoyable.
