La porte qui doit séparer les WC et la chambre était impossible à fermer aucun changement après notre remarque à l accueil Les croissant du matin non cuits à l intérieur ,on entend facilement les véhicules qui passent ,l hôtel étant situé près de la route Cependant le personnel est aimable

Arrivée tardive, nous avons tout de même pu avoir accès à l’hôtel et notre chambre. La chambre ainsi que l’hôtel étaient assez propre. Attention à l’humidité dans la salle de bain cependant.

Réservation pour deux lits jumeaux
Au final un lit double
Le réceptionniste s’est plié en quatre pour réparer l’erreur mais impossible
Salle de bain moyennement propre et qui aurait besoin de réparations diverses
Enfin, des personnes sont arrivées tard dans la nuit en faisait énormément de bruit
Nuit très mitigée du coup

L'hôtel en cours de rénovation, ce qui peut expliquer quelques dysfonctionnements... Mais :
- un petit déjeuner à 8€ avec AUCUN produit fait maison, c'est pas normal
- une politique de protection de l'environnement qui incite à ne pas faire laver les serviettes tous les jours, c'est bien ! mais les voir laver tous les jours malgré le fait d'avoir respecté la consigne... c'est dommage !
- les balcons à l'arrière offrent une vue superbe sur la Rhune... mais aussi sur le jardin en cours de rénovation
Le seul point positif : la literie d'excellente qualité !
