Ich komme bereits seit Jahren immer wieder zum Essen in die Residenz Heinz Winkler, was für mich jedesmal eine große Freude ist, weil mich ein herausragender Genuss in einem wunderbaren Ambiente erwartet. Der Aufenthalt hier ist ein Fest für die Sinne. Man kann entspannen und genießen, sich verwöhnen lassen und glücklich wieder heimfahren. Die Qualität hat in all den Jahren eine erfreuliche Beständigkeit auf höchstem Niveau gehalten. Für mich absolut einen Besuch wert!

Hier punktet vor allem die Gastfreundschaft. Man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen, denn überall wird man herzlich empfangen, mit echter Freundlichkeit, die nicht aufgesetzt wirkt. Das Bett war mega bequem, das Zimmer (wenn auch ein bisschen aus der Zeit gefallen, fast schon wieder stylishes retro) wunderbar hell und großzügig. Das Bad könnte eine Modernisierung vertragen, war aber sauber und funktional. Das Frühstück war okay, alles da, aber nichts besonderes.

This hotel is just an excellent hotel! Rooms are very spacious with good bedding. It has an amazing restaurant with a great chef, and with wonderful staff! Breakfast is just a treat, delicious food for all tastes. This hotel is well located in a very calm part of Bavaria; however, it allows us to visit Munich, Salzburg, and many other historical places in the surroundings, such as the very impressive “Island of Men” where we find the Castle build by Ludovic II. We spend precious time in this part of the world, and we loved staying in this hotel. We have no hesitation to highly recommend it to you if you are visiting this part of the world.

Jedes Detail ist besonders, die Mitarbeitenden ausnahmslos höflich und nett, dabei aber angenehm locker. Die Küche ist hervorragend und sicherlich unterbewertet. Man kümmert sich um jeden Einzelnen hervorragend, also alles ist rundherum gelungen.

Wir waren schon öfters in der Residenz, es ist immer was Besonderes, auf das wir uns freuen, und wir wurden nie enttäuscht, Eine Oase um sich wohl zu fühlen. Perfekter Service, tolles und sehr nette Personal, ohne Ausnahme. Absolut tolle Küche es beginnt beim Frühstück, und beim Abendessen jagt eine Highlight dem nächsten. Es hat uns sehr gefreut dass die Mühen und er Fleiß Sie wieder mit einem Stern belohnt wurde. Verdienen tun sie mehr, weiter so und herzlichen Dank. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal

Zu unserem 40. Hochzeitstag waren wir die einzigen Gäste im Haus. Bei einem wundervoll betreuten Abendmenü, einer ruhigen Übernachtung und einem hervorragenden Frühstück haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Dank an das gesamte Team!! Besonders an unseren abendlichen Gastgeber Markus Häusler und unsere liebe thailändische Frühstücks-Morgenfee!

Der Abend im Restaurant war, wie schon in der Vergangenheit, ganz besonders. Einmal durch einen außerordentlichen netten Empfang und dann durch den aufmerksamen Service am Tisch. Besonders zu erwähnen ist professionelle Begleitung mit sehr guten Erklärungen zu den Speisen und zur Auswahl der Weine. Eine sehr junge nette Diplom Sommeliere mit ausgezeichnetem Wissen und auch sehr angenehmen Selbstbewusstsein hat uns den Abend über durch das Menu geführt. Wir waren begeistert vom detaillierten Wissen, aber auch der Freude wie es vermittelt wurde und auch mit der Geduld wie sie unseren Fragen nachgekommen ist. Die einzelnen Gänge waren eine exellente Zusammenstellung verschiedener Geschmacksrichtungen und den neuen Köchen kann man nur ein hohes Lob aussprechen. Mit durchaus auch neuen Ansätzen hat man sich gut in Szene gesetzt und wir haben es genossen. Sicherlich werden wir auch in Zukunft wieder vor Ort sein.

My son and I have had truly a wonderful rest at Heinz Winkler. From the very beginning at the reception we felt welcomed and right at home at our lovely room. The customer service is impeccable. A cosy little swimming pool and sauna go a long way enriching your vacation. A superb breakfast with champagne prompts you to get in the vacation mood full time)! The legendary Frau Winkler puts a sparkle on your staying with her personal touch. My 9 y.o. son was impressed enough to write his personal letter of appreciation to the hotel! Only the housekeeping could use a bit of polish. Will be glad to return.
