Tenía reserva PAGADA para 2 adultos y 1 niño de 15 años. Al llegar la cama supletoria estaba preparada en la habitación sin más comentarios. Pero al hacer el Checkout nos quisieron cobrar la cama supletoria a mayores. No sabían cuánto pedirnos porque no funcionaba el ordenador y nos hicieron esperar media hora a que llegara el responsable. Cuando vino nos pidió 103€ que era bastante más que el coste total de la habitación. Finalmente decidimos restarle lo que ya habíamos pagado y le dimos 25€ por zanjar el asunto, pero la reserva ya era para 3. Por cierto, apenas chapurreaban inglés...

Sehr gutes Hotel. Frühstück ist ausreichend. Die Zimmer sind gepflegt. Das Essen im Bistro ist auch sehr gut. Der Service ist eine Wucht, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr aufgelockerte Atmosphäre . Hier wird sich noch um die Gäste gekümmert, hier ist der Gast nicht nur eine Zimmernummer

Zu jedem Familienbesuch kommen wir in diesem Hotel unter. Es ist auch diesmal alles perfekt gewesen. Das Hotelzimmer ist sauber, das Frühstück ist sehr gut ausgestattet und das Personal ist nett und zuvorkommend. Wir werden bei weiteren Familienbesuchen wieder hier unterkommen.
