I'm happy to come to the hotel. I've been here three times and also know other hotels in the chain. Corona makes everything different, not easier. The young lady at the reception was super friendly and competent. I went up my room and empty my pocket. Everything I wanted to put this on the closet, it was just sneachta in thick dust flocks. I was surprised, but that was not all. Light switches, bars, soap donors and and and, everything was crazy. The board over the TV was loose over the same, only a few lamps in the bathroom did their service. I photographed all this and showed e next morning he was the same young lady he was there in the evening. I'm sure. She promised to continue it. The crack I advertised was gone in the evening, because where I didn't explicitly mention it, nothing. The board was still over the TV. Later I went it again out my dog, the same lady was there. I told her. She has alone service. I am horrified. What say the BG, the NGG and what the working time law. What is with 11 hours between the layers? Maximum 10 hours a day work, and this only in exceptional cases? Is short work here to enrich? The #Customs should check. Damage to the really beautiful house.

This hotel offers a simple room with tv and a good-sized bathroom. It’s very novel in the fact that you check yourself in online and are sent a code to enter your room. It was super cheap at £20 a night. The only things that let it down are: lack of AC meant the room was over 35 degrees - we had to open the window which led to really loud noises from the road. It meant that our nights weren’t very relaxing. Otherwise, we would stay here again. There is a nice supermarket and cafe round the corner so it is a good base.

Directly near the motorway, sufficient parking, everything clean and clean, good breakfast, careful staff and overall very child-friendly, therefore also absolutely recommended for families. Room was also clean, with the outfit sofa for the kids no longer very big, but it was all enough to sleep (we were on the way over the day). We're happy to come back!

H2 Hotel München Messe - Comfortable hotel in all respects. The location is 5 minutes from the U-Ban and a large shopping center. The staff is very nice and happy to help. Room is equipped with all necessary things for a comfortable staying.

We spent a weekend there in June 2023, Friday through Sunday. Location: right next to a shopping mall (Riem Arcaden) with supermarkets and food places among many others. Parking: shared parking with shopping mall, designated elevator to the hotel lobby. Parking fee 20 to 25 euros per night. Overall impression: clean, light, modern. Check in and check out: fast and polite. Room: average size, very clean, small bathroom. We paid 75 euros per night per room (two people) and for this rate everything was as good as or even better than expected. One issue: no door bolt / security latch! In total we give four and a half stars for the hotel. We would have given five stars if there had been a door bolt and some smiles from the front desk staff as we walked by. Restaurant: Evening service one star / breakfast service four stars. We wanted to have dinner at the restaurant. My son ordered a Schnitzel which was half the size it used to be before covid (we used to stay at this hotel 3 times a year up until 2020). He was still hungry afterwards. The Schnitzel cost 28 euros. I am coeliac and often encounter problems finding food in German restaurants. I spoke to a very friendly waiter about it who was trying to be helpful but failed miserably (not his fault). He had no idea what gluten-free meant and he wasn't fluent in German nor English. He went to the kitchen and came back with some information. Not good enough. Went back to the kitchen and came back with some more information. Still not entirely helpful. There was a side order of vegetables on the menue with a dish. I asked if I could just get a side order of plain vegetables. No, I couldn't. It was not a matter of pricing, the waiter just didn't understand what I wanted from him and kept running back to the kitchen to ask but there didn't seem anybody available to deal with my request. I decided not to eat and ordered just a small non-alcoholic wine. Got a large one instead (was only charged for a small one but they couldn't get this right either). To summarize: my son and I were the only people in the restaurant. One might wonder why. We tried to order four items in total: Schnitzel, coke, side order of veggies, non-alcoholic wine. They failed on two out of four. The restaurant really deserves zero stars from us, however, we feel one star should go to the waiter who really tried hard and remained friendly throughout! Breakfast service started out just as bad. Upon check in I had asked if they offered gluten-free options and I was told it would not be a problem. First, however, it was. The first check in lady (younger) I spoke to was in training but didn't get help from somebody experienced. She just pointed me to the two gluten-free items offered in the buffet area but couldn't not answer my questions as to whether any bread could be warmed up for me in the kitchen. Very spacious and clean rooms. They had an espresso machine in every room with two complementary capsules per day. The breakfast had typical German sausages, scrambled eggs and other hot choices. There was also cold breakfast and sweets. The staff was very friendly. The establishment had also a very cozy room where you could have a beer at the end of the day. Parsdorf is no more than 20mins form Munich by car. So, the location is ideal when traveling by car. A very quiet location too. There was a very fast internet connection too. The parking place was a little bit small. In case it was full, there was a secondary place to park the car. That was not very comfortable for us because we had equipment to carry to our minivan.

Although this hotel is located in county side, it’s safe to walk to/from train station, taking me around 20 minutes walking. Their facilities are great as well as their customer service.

It’s next to the metro, Very friendly and helpful receptionists. The rooms are clean and nice. You don't want to leave at all :)
