Beautiful and super romantic experience. This historic residence directly overlooks the Piazza del Popolo in Ascoli, a marvel. Large, clean and heated room. Breakfast is served in one of the bars near the property. Highly recommended!

Stayed two nights, rooms in a historic building, well heated, quiet, standard equipment with some extra comforts such as a coffee and tea maker. Excellent cleanliness, exceptional location, a room directly overlooked Piazza del Popolo. Breakfast agreement with a nearby bar with good croissants. Excellent value for money. Parking not available on site, but we were shown a nearby garage at a cost of €15.00 per day, managed by the very nice and helpful Mr. Quirino.

We were guests at this property for my wife's birthday. Optimal. Bright spacious airy room. Amazing location in the historic center of Ascoli Piceno. Excellent value for money. Encore experience. Highly recommendable.

The stay at this hotel was very pleasant, the staff was very friendly. The view from the room is wonderful, it directly overlooks Piazza del Popolo and looks like a postcard. The room is spacious, clean and with a very comfortable and warm bed. The room also has a coffee machine with pods. The bathroom is large and clean. Very peaceful and quiet environment, despite overlooking the main square. A shame we only spent one night there. Breakfast is included but can be spent at a nearby bar and could be improved in terms of both quantity and variety.

Ci siamo fermati purtroppo solo per una notte durante una breve gita ad Ascoli. Camera gigante (in effetti era una quadrupla) di una comodità travolgente, letto enorme e comodissimo, bagno anch’esso grande, macchina del caffè con cialde e bollitore, tutto pulito ed estremamente confortevole. Vista parziale su piazza del Popolo. Accoglienza gentile, e colazione compresa presso un grazioso bar nei pressi. Ascoli è piccola e incantevole.

Personale cordiale, camera pulita ed ordinata, la nostra camera dava su un viottolo buio, é una sorta di B&B. Situata in posizione centralissima, praticamente all’angolo di piazza del popolo. Per la 1^ colazione vengono forniti dei voucher da usufruire presso un bar (grazioso e ben gestito) proprio dietro l’angolo. I materassi dei letti abbastanza scomodi in quanto morbidissimi soprattutto quelli del divano letto ed inoltre nel letto matrimoniale il materasso era formato da due singoli pertanto si dividevano. All’interno però ci hanno fatto trovare quattro cialde (Lavazza) per la macchinetta del caffè, un bollitore e dei biscottini, oltre ad acqua minerale e prodotti da bagno. Sicuramente una buona opzione per la famiglia.
