Ho soggiornato presso la struttura per una sola notte con la mia famiglia e con il cane al seguito; la camera,anche se piccola, era ben distribuita negli spazi per 5 persone, con piacevoli accorgimenti come la macchina del caffè, cuccia e ciotole per il nostro cucciolo, bagno spaziosissimo e confortevole. Una Spa graziosa e una colazione con prodotti di prima qualità e variegata.

L’Hotel è una dimora storica in centro ad Ascoli Piceno, tenuta molto bene. Camera molto confortevole, personale molto disponibile, gentile e professionale. Colazione ottima, sia dolce che salato; ottimo il servizio di car valet a soli 15 € e la visita guidata di circa due ore alla città, offerta gratuitamente dall’hotel. Sicuramente consigliato per un soggiorno ad Ascoli

Semplicemente fantastico dalla location ai servizi, dal personale alla posizione. Abbiamo trascorso un weekend meraviglioso in una città che non rivisitavo da tempo e sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso. Spero di ritornarci presto. Struttura consigliatissima

Das Hotel können wir in jeder Hinsicht empfehlen. Die Lage ist toll, mitten in der Stadt, sehr gut und stilvoll renoviert, das Personal superfreundlich und hilfsbereit, das Bistro auch zu empfehlen und das Auto wird als Service in eine Garage gefahren und kann jederzeit wieder für Unternehmungen geordert werden. Das klappt ausgezeichnet und ist sehr angenehm in einer Stadt mit wenig Parkplätzen und vielen Einbahnstraßen.

Palazzo dei Mercanti gode di una posizione strategica per visitare il centro storico di Ascoli, due passi a piedi e hai tutto vicino. Ottimo anche la possibilità di usufruire della propria auto con semplice richiesta alla reception. Colazione con ampissima scelta dolce e salta con prodotti di qualità. Soddisfatte anche le nostre esigenze di senza glutine.

Incantevole dimora storica, nel cuore di Ascoli, a due passi da piazza del Popolo. Stanze confortevoli, pulizia eccellente, servizi perfetti. Il vero fiore all'occhiello è il personale alla reception, gentilissime e professionali. Ci tornerò con gran piacere. Un solo consiglio. Ampliare la scelta vegana a colazione.

Struttura bellissima, costituita da un antico palazzo che è stato conservato nella proprio autenticità ed è stato arredato con gusto e dotato di tutti i comfort. Belle le stanze, abbiamo alloggiato nella camera matrimoniale deluxe. Ampia metratura, letto comodo, ampio bagno dotato di tutto il necessario. Meravigliosa la seta spa, davvero una perla rara. Ottima la colazione, abbastanza varia e con buoni prodotti. Buono anche il ristorante Ci.Bo che abbiamo avuto l'occasione di provare. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile su tutte le richieste effettuate. Ci tornerei molto volentieri!

Personale tutto gentilissimo che fà già la differenza. Camere confortevoli e bella Spa. Unico neo, la colazione al secondo piano non era il massimo. D’altronde se non si fanno le ristrutturazioni nel periodo di minima affluenza. Forse la Spa andrebbe pubblicizzata maggiormente.
