Hospetality was the best, breakfast was absolutely great, and the view is amazing. The B&B has it's own unique style, which makes you feel at home. The owner, Salvatore works with hart and soul to make sure you feel welcome and relaxed😊 We enjoyed every moment. We willl go back for sure.... Thank you Salvatore!

Siamo a stati a Villa Fortezza in occasione di un bellissimo evento culturale. Le case sono belle, curate sotto tutti gli aspetti ed immerse nella natura, ad un passo dal centro storico di Ascoli Piceno. Un'ottima base per visitare le Marche. Salvatore è simpatico e professionale e ci ha dato ottimi consigli per visitare i dintorni. Speriamo di tornare presto

Anche noi confermiamo pienamente le valutazioni espresse. Salvatore ti accoglie in modo gentile e caloroso, ti senti subito a tuo agio. La location è splendida con un tocco molto design, sopra Ascoli, in mezzo agli ulivi, in pieno relax. La stanza Sibilla è molto bella, spaziosa e silenziosa. La zona piscina ti immerge in un ambito naturale e rilassante. Prima colazione di alta qualità nel bel giardino della villa. Il centro di Ascoli si raggiunge a piedi in 15 minuti. Comodo anche per cenare la sera, in quanto il percorso è tutto illuminato. Davvero un bel indirizzo.

Superbe séjour passé entre amis. Le petit déjeuner délicieux à déguster dans un cadre enchanteur, la piscine naturelle, les chambres très confortables: tout appelle à la détente et déconnexion. Salvatore a été un hôte très attentionné. Encore merci !

We loved our stay. Salvatore could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The property is charming and unique, high on a hill overlooking the city. Breakfast was served in the garden with such delicious treats and was beautifully served. One thing to note is that the walk into town is beautiful and fun but is a bit of a trek back up if you have mobility issues. It was a memorable stay.

What a pleasant surprise! We were looking for any B&B in Ascoli Piceno and picked Villa Fortezza arbitrarily. The bedrooms were nice, the mattress firm the pillows fluffy but the location and view and Salvatore's (the owner) charm and the eccentricity of the house that makes this a special place. His breakfasts were extended and delicious with local sweets and dishes. His English limited but certainly functional (he offered great suggestions for local travel and sites to see). There are steps that take one down to the city center but there are hundreds so some level of fitness is required. All in all, a great experience and great B&B!!

La struttura si compone di due proposte differenti: la villa centrale anni Settanta è un posto davvero originale, estremamente curato con dettagli architettonici che meritano la visita. Accanto, un casale di recente ripristino in bio edilizia, molto bello. Il tutto è gestito con amore e grande disponibilità da Salvatore, un ospite cortese e sempre pronto a coccolare gli avventori. La colazione è un momento da gustare appieno, con le prelibatezze a km0 portate in tavola e la vista mozzafiato sulla campagna circostante. Insomma, un posto da non perdere!

Fantastische 3 dagen bij Salvatore onze gastheer gehad in Villa Fortezza a. Mooie sfeervolle kamers en kwaliteit met veel aandacht voor alles. Heerlijk ontbijt wat uit gangen bestaat en elke gang is zelf gemaakt of komt uit eigen tuin. Ook goede adviezen wat je kunt doen. Heerlijk pizza eten bij Da Bruno. Rondleiding met een eigen gemaakt informatie boekje in Ascoli Piekte, een heel.lierg leuk , levendige stadje. Wandelen in de bergen naar Kerkje Eremo di San Marco. Het is er heerlijk. Wij komen graag terug.

This was not my first trip to Villa Fortezza and i would return straight away! This is a really special place - a beautiful setting with a panoramic view of the city below in the valley. This is a really comfortable stay - lovely room and great bed - and then the best part is the breakfast- really well thought out and lovely locally sourced ingredients make this a real experience- delicious. The host Salvatore is perfect - together with his staff help Omar they will go out of their way to make sure that you have all that you need. Really the ideal place to stay.
