Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Ascona und haben im Albergo Carcani übernachtet. Das Hotel ist super gelegen - direkt an der Seeuferpromenade. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und lecker. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Hoteleigene Parkplatz ist ganz in der Nähe gelegen. Um das Gepäck abzuladen und einzuchecken kann man für ca. 10 Minuten vor dem Hotel parkieren. Das zugehörige Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert. Wir hatten das spezielle Arrangement mit einem 3-Gang Menü gebucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Alles in Allem aus unserer Sicht eine sehr gute Wahl für Ascona

Sehr nettes, freundliches Personal. Schöne saubere Zimmer und gutes Frühstück, was will man mehr!? Sogar eine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer, Velos konnten wir in einem separaten Raum abstellen. Kleine Extrawünsche wurden sehr grosszügig erfüllt.

Unglaublich schöne Lage + das Personal war äusserst freundlich. Ein top Hotel mit top Menschen und sehr guter Küche! Wir waren mit unseren beiden Söhnen dort und konnten den Aufenthalt mehr als geniessen. Etwas italianità in der Schweiz!

Trotz sehr später Anreise - nach Rezeptionsschluss - unkomplizierter und gut organisierter Empfang durch das Restaurantpersonal. Sehr hilfsbereit, danke. Auch die Zufahrtsmöglichkeiten und Beschreibung zum privaten Hotelparkplatz waren gut zu finden.

Nous y venons pour la deuxième fois et avons suivi les efforts du couple de propriétaire via instagram. Nous ne pouvons cacher d'être des fans: Les chambres sont impecablement propres, nous y étions sur quatre nuits, après la troisième nuit, la chambre a été nettoyée à fond, nos affaires remises en place avec soin et même amour. L'équipe du restaurant au petit soin tous les jours et la réception toujours avec grand sourir. Le dernier jour, nous avions manqué l'heure du petit-déjeûner, le cappucinos que nous avions pris en terrasse plus tard, nous fut offert. Un geste simple, qui nous a fait très plaisir. Sans dire, que la cuisine du restaurant est excellente avec une vue imprenable sur le lac.

Sehr gute und schöne Lage direkt am See mit schöner Aussicht. Eigener Parkplatz ganz in der Nähe des Hotels. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Preis/Leistung sehr gut. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.
