Sehr freundlicher Empfang, überhaupt waren alle sehr freundlich. Schönes Frühstück, angenehm warme Indoorpiscine.

Das Hotel lebt von seiner einmaligen Lage mit wunderschönem Blick auf den Lago Maggiore und ist mit allen Vor-und Nachteilen sehr zentral gelegen. Unser Zimmer (Junior Suite mit Terrasse und Seeblick) war funktionell und gut ausgestattet (Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer). Das WLAN auf dem Zimmer ist sehr schwach. Ein Gastronomisches Angebot gibt es nicht (nur Getränke in Selbstbedienung). Die schöne Terrasse ist leider nicht bedient. Die Rezeption inkl. Personal ist absolut ohne Charme. Ob uns der Aufenthalt gefallen hat interessiert niemanden. Was gar nicht geht: wir sind im Urlaub Spätaufsteher und es reicht uns jeweils nur knapp zum Frühstück. Dieses war übrigens .durchschnittlich. Nach dem Frühstück lassen wir uns Zeit und möchten, dass unser Zimmer gereinigt wird, wenn wir es verlassen haben. Was ist passiert? Das Personal entfernt die „nicht stören“ Tafel und reinigt ungefragt, während wir Frühstücken. Das hat uns sehr gestört. Fazit: Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht, Kategorie-Einstufung mit 4* zu hoch.

La magnifique vue sur Ascona, la propreté de la chambre, l’espace et la qualité des lits nous ont plu ! Ainsi que le délicieux buffet du petit déjeuner. L’accueil était très appréciable également, merci!

Great place - hotel location is first class and could not be better - breakfast was superb and the staff very friendly and helpful. Nothing a problem for Simone on the front desk; she was fantastic and very friendly and informative - she even came to the car, told me where to park and then carried my bag when I went off to park - could not het better than that. Great town matched by a great hotel with superb staff - thank you.

Kurzweitiger Urlaub gewesen, das Hotel hat kein Restaurant und keine Bar, aber es hat viele in der nahen Umgebung. Es hat einen Kühlschrank mit Mineral oder diverse Alkohol Getränke die man selber nehmen kann und auf das Zimmer schreiben.

Der Aufenthalt war super! Das ganze Team ist sehr motiviert und freundlich. Im ganzen Hotel und auch in den Zimmern duftet es toll. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
Das Auto muss ausserhalb des Hotels abgestellt werden, der Seeblick macht das aber absolut wieder gut.
