Es war die richtige Entscheidung ein paar Tage über Ostern nach Ascona ins Giardino zu fahren. Aufgrund der entspannten Amtosphäre und des herzlichen Personals, haben wir uns sehr gut erholt und kommen bestimmt wieder

Wir waren letzte Woche für 2 Nächte zu Besuch. Das Erlebnis im Giardino Ascona war rundum zauberhaft. Das Personal war überaus herzlich und zuvorkommend. Das Areal mit den Koi-Teich ist wunderschön. Wir können das Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Schöne Grüsse

Wir sind komplett begeistert und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Die Zimmer sind sehr stilvoll und modern eingerichtet und haben einen tollen Ausblick. Die Hotelanlage finde ich absolut einzigartig - mediterraner geht nicht. Auch die Kinder waren total begeistert, besonders vom Fussballplatz und dem Koi-Teich, da sie die Fische selbst füttern durften. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen- unbedingt den Crepe probieren, und auch die Mitarbeiter waren extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war einfach ein perfekter Aufenthalt und Erholung pur.

Giardino Ascona experience was one of a kind! Ultimate hospitality, and beautiful setting that makes you feel very relaxed. Gorgeous outdoor pool surrounded by lush gardens, very spacious room with beautiful views. The food is amazing, and the fine dining experience at Ecco is a memory we will cherish! Hotel is just 5 minutes drive from Ascona and you actually can borrow a bike from hotel and get there in 10 minutes or so! Thank you again for having us, it was an experience to remember!

Als langjähriger Stammgast seit 17 Jahren möchte ich gerne meine Erfahrungen mit diesem Hotel teilen. Ich kann mit Sicherheit sagen, dass die Gastronomie hier einfach super ist. Die Qualität und Auswahl der Speisen sind ausgezeichnet und ich wurde immer wieder überrascht von den kulinarischen Kreationen. Das Servicepersonal ist wirklich top. Sie sind stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und haben immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Egal, ob es um eine Sonderanfrage geht oder einfach nur um einen kleinen Wunsch, sie waren immer bemüht, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Herr Merkert als General Manager des Hotels verdient ebenfalls besondere Anerkennung. Sein Engagement für höchste Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit ist deutlich spürbar. Er setzt hohe Standards und sorgt dafür, dass das gesamte Team diese auch einhält. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich den tollen Concierge des Hotels. Claudio Caser seine Kenntnisse über die Umgebung und seine Hilfsbereitschaft haben unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Ob es um Empfehlungen für Restaurants oder Ausflugstipps ging, er war immer zur Stelle und hatte wertvolle Ratschläge parat. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt wieder einmal hervorragend und wir können dieses Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Es ist ein Ort, an dem wir uns immer willkommen und gut aufgehoben fühlen. Wir freuen uns bereits auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

We stayed for 3 nights in this amazing place with a beautiful garden and an exceptional crew. The reception is staffed by Swiss professionals and you feel right at home. The rooms have all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. Beds are comfortable and room have air conditioning. The garden with a koi pool and a extra clean swimming pool is outrageous beautiful. The Hydrangeas are in full bloom and every detail in top shape. Restaurants are very good and the service is professional. This is the Swiss style. Never intrusive or servile. A shuttle service can bring you in town and of course you can walk through pleasant neighborhoods too Golf is just around the corner and on the lake you can do a cruise to an island with a botanical garden. The Ticino is well organized with good roads and long tunnels through the mountains. Nearly everything can be reached by train If you are anyway in Switzerland do not miss its beautiful towns like Bern and Lucerne or Zürich. So much to see in this beautiful country. I have seen many old towns in Europe but the Swiss know how to keep them in shape and spotless clean. The fast food Joints do not stick out and the little shops just invite to stroll through town. Not to forget the terrific bakeries and cheese shops. Switzerland has also some very good wines , which they mostly drink themselves. So hop on the train and see gods country.

Wieder einmal waren wir von der Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit der Giardini Mannschaft beeindruckt. Das Gesamtpaket hat uns von der Anreise bis zur Abreise überzeugt und wir werden bestimmt bald wieder kommen. Das ist der richtige Ort um abzuschalten und zu entspannen.
