ABC Hotel maintained cleanliness standards, but the room size was smaller than expected. The beautiful décor compensated for the limitations. While the location was a little far from major attractions, it was not difficult to find. Suitable for those valuing cleanliness and aesthetics, but consider alternatives for more spacious accommodations and a central location.

Awful place. Rude staff and no Wifi.
I booked for an 18th birthday celebration for my son. He has health issues and suffers at night so needs Wifi through the night. I booked it for the room Wifi but it was not available.
Reception said Wifi often stops working.
It didn't work at all.
The barman told me I could only pay for drinks by setting up my credit card at reception. No one was at reception while I waited. I went back to the bar to tell the barman this to find another way to pay and he just shrugged, not caring. I couldn't get a drink.
Whilst I was at reception the barman saw the specialist drink my son had brought in with him while I had a bar drink, but rudely told my son to leave the bar and drink in the windy cold lobby, despite him being with me, a paying customer.
Not able to stand staying there any more and with no Wifi still, we checked out before even spending the night there as they had breached the contract.
They refused any refund or compensation.

Really lovely hotel in a nice location. Was only there for one night, but room was clean and bar food was nice.

I was traveling with colleagues and after a long day of meetings and traveling by car it was a wonderful oasis. They used some of the facilities and were very impressed. Food was good and serve too. Definitely somewhere I would stay again and recommend to others.

Too noisy in the room! Jacuzzi not working! Wasn’t the room I was expecting.location it’s perfect ! Close to shopping center and Ascot! Restaurant staff was friendly and helpful! Dinner was nice ! Would recommend to visit this hotel and ask for a room upstairs

Omg!!! I like to treat my mum with something special, events and other things when she come and visit from Italy and I can say she was impressed with the Abba tribute organised by Sarah Salvagni, event manager. Amazing singers, very good stage present and mum danced like crazy. 3 courses delicious meal but the chocolate cheese cake was absolutely stunning!!! Can't wait for another night like this. Such a great elegant location and hotel. See you again soon!!!

Went for a spa and trea**ent with my friend, absolutely loved the experience. I just want to thank Tania for a wonderful job she did with my back. Will definitely be back again hopefully I get Tania again. Ohh my lunch was perfect as well.The girls at the reception were very kind and helpful too. We realised that our booking was in bath rather than ascort on reaching there 🙄 ofcourse we panicked as we were looking forward to it. But the manager sorted everything out with in no time and they took us in with no hustle .Yes there is a bit of rust in some areas, I agree they could do with a bit of refurbishment but in life you can't have it all.Like I said I will definitely be back pretty soon

Un des meilleurs hôtel dans lequel j'ai séjourné en Grande Bretagne ! Le charme de l'ancien et le confort du moderne, la salle de sport est top, la piscine et le jacuzzi super!
Et pour une fois on ne meurt pas de froid dans les chambres qui sont bien isolées.
