When your 20 year old daughter looks around the room and asks, "How much did you pay for this?" you know you made a mistake. I started taking photos of all the issues for my review and realized I'd have an entire album worth, so I gave up. The cosmetics are terrible. Chipped paint, peeling wallpaper, stained and chipped furniture, fraying curtains. The suite needed a deep cleaning. Food on the walls and sides of the tables, room smelled terrible and we had to go buy Febreze. Our suite, in theory, was for 8 people. There was certainly not enough kitchenware for four people, let alone twice that. I suppose I could have called down for more, but wouldn't housekeeping notice that there is only ONE plate and ONE drinking glass in the cabinet? I could go on and on. I really didn't have staff interaction during my stay, so I'm neutral on that. The breakfast was decent, although we had to go to the adjacent Embassy Suites for it. And the lighting for the bathroom vanity was good.
