Stayed here this week while traveling for business. Late check-in was effortless. The room was absolutely quiet although only two rooms from the elevator. The hostesses were very friendly and eager to help. Received a text message after getting to the room telling me to contact them if there was anything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. The complimentary breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel. Sausage, bacon, eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy as well as anything else you can think of. Real glass dishes and silverware. The woman taking care of the area even cleared our table for us. Mark this one down.....if you are in the area, this is the place to stay. You won't be disappointed.

Reserved a suite for the last night of the road trip. Glad I did! Hotel lobby was beautiful and clean. Room was just as nice. Needed a few more blankets for the sofa bed and they had them in my hands within minutes. Outdoor pool was perfect and warm. Has laundry facilities that we took advantage of too. Being from the north I have learned on this trip, it is absolutely true about the southern hospitality. And Arkansas has the most of it!

A bit old, but extremely clean. I was able to rest very comfortably in the room because of how clean it was. I had no coffee pot in my room which is a bit unusual as even the cheapest motels have coffee. I would say the shower head needed updating. Otherwise, nice clean towels, clean carpets (the bright red color was a bit of an eyesore honestly) and great service. Would stay again!

This is the best hotel in Texarkana! I love the staff and always stay here when in town. Kari, Jackie, and Cheyenne are the absolute best employees they could ever ask for. These girls ensure you are properly taken care of.

The staff at the front desk were very pleasant. The room was great except for the shower having absolutely no pressure. However, I went this morning to eat breakfast and sat for an hour waiting for my food. I asked another waitress about the status of my order and she asked my waitress about it. I saw them speaking and no one ever came back to me to let me know what was going on. I waited another 10 minutes then walked out. I’m a diabetic and I had wasted an hour waiting to eat breakfast. The least they could’ve done was come to my table and let me know what was going on and how much longer it would be but didn’t even do that. I won’t stay there again.

The oatmeal was really delicious. The biscuits and waffles were also delicious. I want to buy a machine that I put in dough. ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ
