Pictures from the listing make it seem way larger than it actually was. Don’t know if it was due to renovation or being short staffed, but as listed, there is no restaurant/bar in the hotel, and breakfast to order was not an option. I had seen these things in the listing.

I specifically booked with Scenic View to take advantage of pool and other stated amenities but some of their facility was under renovations. Front desk attendant Jermaine took upon himself to go above and beyond so that my children were not disappointed given pool closure. This gentleman went to great extent which you dont see much these days. so impressed! Hopefully management knows the quality personnel on frontline. thanks again!!!!

Construction starts at 8am and goes until 7pm. Its LOUD like really loud. We were told 5th floor was the one being worked on, we were on 3 and it sounded like they were drilling right next to us. No compensation offered, no refund if we left. Sarah on FD was great and really apologetic and she was fantastic for recommendations. This full stop is not a review of her service, just the managment who thought they could get away with not saying anything about construction and expect people to grin and bear it. They really need to update the website both Tripadvisor and their own website to reflect the construction.

Just wanted to share my recent experience at this amazing hotel. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had fantastic facilities - we were truly impressed! Despite the ongoing renovations, it didn't bother us at all and we had a great time. Plus, the prices were very reasonable too. We're already planning our next visit. Can't wait to go back! 😊

Just had an amazing stay at the hotel! Wanted to give a shout-out to the wonderful staff - Dayana, Mabel, and Casey - they were simply amazing! The rooms were super clean, and despite the ongoing renovations, it didn't bother us at all. Kudos to the hotel for maintaining such high standards even during this time. Can't wait to come back again soon!

I had a great stay! The room was clean and the service was top-notch. Thank you for the recommendations. Mabel and Julia gave me amazing recommendations. The housekeepers were very friendly, the breakfast attendee Dilma made us feel very well taken care of, we got everything we needed. We will be back next year!
