The hotel was wonderful and Bill Zoto at the front desk made sure all our needs were met….very helpful and pleasant. The rooms were spacious and restaurant was a perfect spot to relax. Great place to stay in wonderful location. Thanks Bill!!

This hotel offers you a box of a room with a bed and that’s it. The hotel takes great pains to hide the fact you do not even have a bathroom door! Instead you find a cloudy sliding glass door that does not close properly and has no lock! The website never shows that in its rooms views. The bathroom has no vanity drawers . Just a counter top . There are no furnishings like dressers or even side table drawers! Nowhere can a guest expect to unpack and put away clothes! Use the floor folks! You can not hang a dress or a skirt because the closet bar only accommodates tee shirts. The room is barren, not modern. The cheap plastic phone didn’t work and was stuck in the no-dial tone mode. We found 3 thin bath towels in our bathroom for 2 people and had to call up to get extra towels which are NOT luxury towels. Beware if you travel with a child because the window does not have any safety measures and is knee high making it easy to fall out. Zero mention of that too. A kid can straight up fall out the low level window if you open it. I For $354 a single night in early May, we expected more than a cheap sp****, dim room with brick wall mural ( nope, not actual brick). Spoke to Derrick the night manager who was useless and told us if we left (at 10:30 at night) he’d refund our money. Thanks for nothing. Quite a rip off. Would NOT recommend. Poor quality in many ways.

Blown away by the excellent hospitality. Welcomed by the friendliest concierge, given a glass of bubly at check in and a little jar of local honey at check out. Our room was exceptional. Panoramic views of the mountains. We will absolutely be back! Perfect walkable location.

Excellent hotel located in the center of Asheville Every thing was good Welcoming with a glass of champagne Parking with valet in a fairly price Very quite room with a lot of space Very clean Big window in front of the bed with the Mountain View Very comfortable Good value for money

This is probably the best hotel I’ve stayed at in a very long time, if not ever. I worked at a resort in Lexington, KY many years ago. I would put this hotel up with that 4-5 star, full-service resort any day of the week. Friendliest staff I’ve seen dealt with.

The staff was AMAZING, accommodating, funny and helpful!!! The room was comfortable and clean. Centrally located downtown for easy walking to shopping and eating. It was a PERFECT experience. Cambria will be my go-to stay over in Asheville from now on. I LOVED IT and I'll be back often!
