GREETINGS - The gentleman that works during the evening ,- MR. Premble - has been a fantastic host , a people person , ability to adapt to situations & sincere. great representative for your brand. As we continue to evolve taken notice to those whom greet all that equally that may enter ones quarters is always a true gem , great job folks !

Sam and Paige were beyond the greatest part of our stay at the hotel when we stayed for two nights. Both were very friendly and treated my family like a part of their own family. They really made our trip to Asheville a memorable one! Sam was attentive with our food orders when we got in late and Paige was attentive and responsive with any of our requests as well.

It has regret written all over it. The rooms are very dated. The shower, as constructed, makes for very narrow maneuvering room. Internet did not work, multiple outlets in the room didn't work, the sink water pressure was low, and you can smell smoke from down the hall. Yet they leave two notes in the room encouraging tipping. In the lobby, they seem far more focused on selling drinks than on getting hotel 101 basics right. And while the hotel is up on hill, away from the main street, it definitely isn't the best neighborhood.

Great hotel and very friendly staff. Great location. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.
Only downside is the walls and floors were paper thin. You could hear everything going on around you.
