Stayed here to visit the Biltmore. The hotel was crowded when I checked in so I got a room facing the parking lot which was loud and uncomfortable. When I spoke to the manager after staying overnight, he was conciliatory and moved us to a nicer room on a higher floor with a nice view and included breakfasts which I hadn’t included in my booking. I ended up really pleased with the hotel and stayed an extra night. The breakfast buffet server was so nice and remembered my beverage the next morning. Everything was clean and comfortable.

This was my second or third time staying here. Always clean, accessible and convenient location. Restaurant service was excellent. Beds and pillows are super comfortable, slept great. Very quiet. Will be back

Quiet room on second floor; very spacious and comfortable; new facility so room had lots of electrical outlets. A/C thermostatically controlled but a bit loud. Beds were comfortable with good blankets. Bathroom had good shower and plenty of counter space, but no towel bars (where does everyone put hand towels during the day?). Good choice when exploring Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkwayl.

This hotel is clean and in an easy location. The hotel staff were very friendly. The room was clean and what I expected. My biggest reason for not giving it all 5 is the noise level at night. It sounded like a party was happening in our hall and dogs were barking their heads off. It made getting to sleep challenging for my daughter and I. We also waited for a long time to be seated at the restaurant (we were just going to order dessert) and no one ever came to greet us. The one person working was totally overwhelmed so I know it wasn't because she wasn't working hard. They just needed more help. Breakfast buffet was great and service was good, too. Overall, I am a mixed bag on this trip as we have been here before and had a great experience several years ago. Maybe we just had "bad neighbors" but it really impacted our sleep!

Loved the room. Very nice, comfortable and clean. Nice size tv and sitting area. Comfortable bed and quiet. Friendly staff. Breakfast pricey but Waffle House right beside property busy but nice, and good food.
