We just loved this place. The hotel shares the parking with a great restaurant, Texas Roadhouse and that’s a plus if you want to have dinner close to your hotel.

Front desk at ck in was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and neat. My 4th time staying with Clarion. Will be back and recommend this hotel to all❤️

The room was okay, not too big. One side faced the road, so it was quite noisy! The front desk service is very nice, and the hotel breakfast is also good! However, the hotel does not have an elevator. You can drive up to the first and second floors, but the third floor will be more difficult and you need to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs.

Rosanna greeted us with a smile and provided a room with parking right by our door as requested. Breakfast was good with homemade hot biscuits. I liked the sausage gravy with them. Waffles, eggs, sausage also available. Turn off your GPS when you reach Hendersonville Road because it will lead you astray. Instead look for the driveway between Shell Gas station and Texas Roadhouse.

The rooms were clean and welcoming. Breakfast had hot and cold food selections. Would stay again if in the area.

This was a nice hotel with a good location, but don’t arrive at dinner time. It shares a steep driveway with Texas Roadhouse and is difficult to maneuver with so many people coming and going at the same time. On the plus side, our room was immaculate and very comfortable. We were able to walk to the nearby Biltmore Village, although walking back we had to navigate a very steep hill.

Great location, very easy to get to places. Parking was a little tough but other than that it was a great stay!

Nice, clean rooms and courteous staff. Highway is a bit busy getting in and out, but good value for the area. Would stay again.

They took advantage of our poor condition due to frostbite, and even though we made mistakes and tried to correct them, they still made us pay triple for a room at the Clarion. They absolutely suck.
