I booked and paid for a room through this site. Upon check in I was informed that they would not allow me to stay there . They said they don’t rent to “locals”. I am not a local, I live 30 miles away.
Trip.com is a professional and efficient business. They refunded the money immediately.

I liked the overall look of the room; TV remote w/channel guide was easy to find. Sadly no basic, stepbystep explanation was attached explaining how to enter numbers, change channels....when I tried it didn't work; thus had to rotate channels to determine, precisely, was being offered.
Also, a bit of attention to heat/cool system seemed to have been missed. Unit seemed to come on/off much too frequently,,,,,,resulting in more noise than desirable.

We had a last minute stay and they were incredibly accommodating. It was a great price, which is a big deal for the area. They were very sweet and as a cleaner myself the rooms were very clean, nice and updated and had everything we needed. All around a great stay!

Modern look. Very clean. I can't say anything stood out, but I would stay there again. The cost was reasonable.
