This was close to Omni for a conference, clean, nice staff, evening wine and snacks, and excellent breakfast included. Breakfast was menu item choices easily worth 15-20$ and not just a buffett of danishes like some places. Room was comfy and clean. Highly recommend. Great value!

While in Asheville for our anniversary, we booked a suite at this Hotel. The staff is amazing. The rooms are comfortable and cozy. This 100 year old gem is quite charming. Located not far from anything, and surrounded by great restaurants, try this Hotel, you will love it.

Absolutely charming. What a delightful spot. Convenient location and well priced. Jenni was so sweet and I felt welcomed by the beverage and snacks.

The Princess Anne is our celebratory birthday hotel. It is not inexpensive, but the location is less than a 20 minute walk to downtown, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the wine and charcuterie tray at 5 pm starts off a great evening, and thanks to our standing with *******, we had a $20 gift card to spend at the location. The tv in the bedroom wasn't working but we had one in the living area of the room, so it didn't matter. We had breakfast included, and they have tightened up on what is considered "incuded" since our last stay; for example, if you get juice in addition to the meal there is an extra charge. A minor inconvenience considering the overall room cost, but a change nevertheless.

I was told how lovely the Princess Anne hotel was to stay at and boy was I surprised! Not only was it lovely, but the staff were incredible and they really made you feel like you were staying in a family house. They were so gratuitously welcoming and on top of everything! My fiancée and I stayed here for a surprise engagement I had planned. Not only did they within minutes of me popping the question and coming back to the hotel they had chocolate covered strawberries(made in HOUSE!) and a bottle of champagne waiting in our room. They even asked how everything went and everything was genuine. They also gave us recommendations and provided a wonderful happy hour. The Princess Anne also has a great petite breakfast menu that anyone would be happy to start their day with! Everything was super clean and wonderfully restored. Really blown away by the amazing experience here. Thank you to the whole establishment and special shout out to Ms. Acorn and Ms. Carey!

A beautiful place in a nice quiet pocket of Asheville. Fantastically original and a great breakfast too. Staff were all super friendly and helpful with tips. Would loved to have stayed 2 nights but unfortunately only stayed 1. If we are very back in this neck of the woods would definitely stay here again.

We loved everything about our stay at the Princess Anne Hotel. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the historic nature of the rooms and common spaces. The included breakfasts are out of this world delicious and a fantastic value. Each evening we sat on one of the many porches and enjoyed an included happy hour glass of wine and charcuterie board. That was such a nice touch after touring Asheville all day. Every one of the employees we encountered at the hotel was so friendly and helpful, and they made us feel welcome. There are several good restaurants and bars within walking distance of the hotel. We will always plan to stay here if we get a chance to return to Asheville!

The boutique hotel is a historical building. There are a lot of details that seem original to the building and are interesting to explore. There seems to be plenty of free parking in the rear. The mattress in our room was not firm enough for me, but I ended up sleeping just fine. The shower had good water pressure and was plenty hot. The old windows did not keep out much noise, but the hotel seems to be in a peaceful neighborhood. There was one couch in our room and it left a lot to be desired. We had breakfast and it was pretty good. We also had a charcuterie plate and a glass of wine the night of arrival...it was good. I would stay here again, because of the charm, cleanliness, and friendly staff. Go eat at Luella's BBQ. Staff recommended. It was delicious.
