Amazing stay! The rooms were spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the location was perfect. The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool and spa. Would highly recommend to anyone! Well lit parking lot that was right off the highway.

Our stay was okay. I specifically selected NOT to have an accessible room, yet wound up in one anyway. The bathroom was unnecessarily large, making the rest of the room feel cramped and tiny. The pillows were weak and uncomfortable, not to mention there was evidence of dried rust or blood stains on pillow cases and towels.
Also, within the first hour of getting settled in the room for a nap, the front desk rang to ask for my last name…which they should have just gotten from my ID which they photocopied, and/or the card I confirmed for incidentals.
The shower felt dingy, especially with an anti-slip mat just hanging on one of the grab bars. The shower head was small, with no adjus**ents do widen or strengthen the spray pattern to compensate for the below-average water pressure.
Overall it was a place to lay your head, but not as welcoming for a couples weekend getaway as the initial rating, or price, would have suggested.

My kids and I were only stayed for 1 night for my son’s competition in Asheville. It was super easy to check in and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was good and it started early at 0600 which is nice for the weekend because we had to leave early to get the competition. A lot of hotels have a later breakfast on the weekends. The rooms were nice and the beds comfortable. They are smaller rooms with double beds but they fit our needs just nicely. We are actually coming back to Asheville and will staying here again.

The rooms are very clean and quiet. The staff and breakfast are perfect. Our third visit with our dog and happily retirning next week. The hotel is convient to the highway and Blue Ridge entrance. I am a Choice Hotel member and always seek out Comfort Suites first. One of the very best we've found

really nice facility in a good location. nice breakfast. the room I originally had the tv screen was fuzzy so I asked to be moved and actually got an upgrade! :)

This was my 3rd stay at the Comfort Inn at 1435 Tunnel Rd. In Asheville. The property is cozy. With the friendly and welcoming staff you will feel right at home. Breakfast was one of the best that I have had at a hotel. Right down the street from the VA Hospital.
