Un superbe endroit pour visiter les environs des Great Smokey Mountains. Hotel Baymont by Wyndham pres de Asheville 5 min en auto ville tres chouette. Hotel tres propre et surtout employés tres courtois.. La salle pour le petit déjeuner tres petit. Tres content de notre séjour.

The service was fine. The food was cold (scrambled eggs that the server just brought in) and the breakfast space area was extremely small. We were sitting way to close to other tables.
Our room deadbolt lock would not lock. It did not line up properly with the slot. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

I was highly impressed with this hotel. Very clean. Very friendly. Very professional. The pool and hot tub were great. The breakfast options were yummy.

Carpet was old and dirty. Had to set thermostat at 78 to stay warm. Commodes were very low like for kids.

The hotel was clean and breakfast was good which are top of our list when looking for a hotel. Pool looked nice but we arrived in op late to use it. Beds were comfortable. AC unit was a tad noisy but normal. While in our room, we didn’t hear any other guests which is a plus. Lady at check in wasn’t overly pleasant but not rude. The room had a smell. It wasn’t offensive but it was noticeable (maybe cleaning product?). The room was alittle dated but had lots of space and 2 chairs. I would definitely recommend. If it was updated, it would have gotten a 5 from me.
