Rodeway Inn & Suites Near Outlet Mall - Asheville

The stay was decent for a quick solo vacation. The best part was the front desk clerk Teresa who is the sweetest person I've ever met. She is very knowledgeable and made me feel so welcomed. I wasn't afraid to ask any questions or voice any concerns if I had any. Hotel is an 8/10.

I've stayed here a few times and the front desk lady Teresa is awesome. Super nice and helpful. Never had one problem and always feel welcomed. The rooms are clean and wverything works. The hallways smell good as well due to the scent plugins. Definitely recommend

I have stayed here many nights. I have been here 2 days now and no hot water. The staff is very polite about it, however i asked about an extended 2 days compensation and noone can give that approval. The water is down until monday and i am booked here to checkout on monday. I would appreciate an extra 2 day stay to compensate the inconvenience of having to heat water to bathe in the microwave. I fell that is a more then adequate request. It has always been a great place to stay. It is clean and convenient to most locations.the staff are good people too..just not my idea of fair, since rhe rooms are nonrefundable.

The room was really nice. It was updated and clean. The pillows were comfortable and they provided plenty. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The hallways smelled fresh, with Glade plug ins throughout. The lady at the front desk with the red hair was very pleasant. Anything that I needed was addressed immediately. She made sure that I had a pleasant stay. I love how centralized I was to downtown Asheville and to the mountains. Not to mention being less than a mile from the outlet mall. The elevator doors though could be redone. Other guests carved things into the doors and wrote on them. It's not the hotel's fault, but it really is an eye sore. North Carolina passed a law that the water temperature can't be above 129°, so the water heater gets cold quick. This is for all hotels though. If anyone vacations in North Carolina, I would suggest showering early in the morning or very late at night. All in all, I would stay there again.

When i got my room the door wS open and then a young girl came into my room like she owned the place i highly dont recommend this place

The rooms are newly renovated and very clean. The water pressure in the showers are amazing. They have coffee in the mornings. The front desk Staff Alexus and Trecia are very helpful and kind. They gave me all the information about Asheville that I needed. The location of this Hotel is great! There is a gas station, grocery store, outlet mall, and eating areas all within walking distance. I will be staying here again in the future!

The hotel is very clean. The staff and manager, Kevin, is an amazing person. He goes above and beyond to ensure you are well taken care of. I stayed for numerous nights and will continue to come back. Very quiet location for geat amazing sleep. Kudos to a well job they are doing.

The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Room was clean and smelled clean. Shower was amazing. Had heat and great water pressure. Very comfortable hotel. Staff were friendly, especially the awesome front desk chic Alexus.. I do however feel they need to offer free breakfast.
