Pro-Great location off the main highway into Asheville. Close to town and walking distance to a few restaurants and shopping. Friendly staff, very attentive.
Con- Dirty floors through out and especially in the shower stall and room carpet (#324). Some cleaning supervision would probably correct this issue quickly.
Would consider again if they correct cleaning supervision issues.

Very nice stay in Ashville. Nice room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast included in stay which was nice but I think the English muffins were left out all night and were stale.

Hotel was in a rundown area. Got a flat tire and staff was not helpful with finding somewhere or someone that could help with tire.

This was a beautiful property and a great stay. Getting to it however is very difficult with Asheville traffic. Not well marked from the street but once we got there it was great. Wonderful breakfast,great night,wish we could have stayed longer. Hated the location as far as getting to other spots in town.

It checked all of our boxes. The King room was spacious and clean as well as the rest of the hotel. They have a large and plentiful breakfast. The attendant kept it clean and full. Ample parking.
The thermostat was a little tricky to use. The bathroom faucet had a very powerful spray with a faucet that lifted and a shallow bowl. Needless to say I had to wipe up the counter and floor a couple of times:)
