Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Asheville River Arts District

Booked this for a wedding weekend in Asheville. Wish I planned ahead and booked for the whole weekend as this was an absolute gem!

It's a bit confusing to get to the property, so pay close attention to Cliff St. You can't see the street sign . It is right at the Westgate Shopping Center. The room was fine, but the shower head needs a good cleaning. Hallway carpet also needs to be cleaned.

Pro-Great location off the main highway into Asheville. Close to town and walking distance to a few restaurants and shopping. Friendly staff, very attentive. Con- Dirty floors through out and especially in the shower stall and room carpet (#324). Some cleaning supervision would probably correct this issue quickly. Would consider again if they correct cleaning supervision issues.

We got the king bed room and it was very cozy and spacious and clean. Staff was very nice and the breakfast was good. We would stay here again the next time we're in town!

Had a 2 night stay. Check-in was easy and our room on ground floor was clean and a a great size although like a previous review, half of our sheer curtain was missing ! The use of the laundry was very handy. The location was off a busy freeway and wasn’t walkable to either Arts or Downtown but OK to drive to Biltmore which was purpose of our stay.

Location isn't bad but we couldn't go anywhere without feeding onto a freeway even if we exited only one half mile later after crossing 4 lanes of traffic. Atmosphere is fine for this class of hotel. The room is fairly spacious. It would have been better with the sheer curtains that were missing from the rail next to the window. We almost had good value. We received a text that our room would be cleaned every 3 days. Someone took the trash and half of our towels after 2 nights without touching anything else. Theoretically 3 days later would have been today but our rooms has not been visited by housekeeping. It was pretty clean when we arrived. The breakfast was just ok. They tended to run out of coffee and popular items. The person taking care of breakfast was not happy to be asked for things and told us it would be a while. Desk clerk was fine. Overall I would look for another hotel

This is a basic hotel that offers a decent place to stay not far from downtown Asheville. The parking situation is not ideal, as the lot is located across the road from the hotel. Breakfast has limited choices, a few more options like fresh fruit and almond milk would have made a huge difference. Several breakfast items were not being refilled quickly enough. The area surrounding the hotel is quiet, and we were not disturbed by noise at night. The room was generally clean and comfortable, although the fitted sheets were noticeably pilling and some of the curtains were missing. Overall, it was an adequate stay for the price, but there are some areas that could use attention and updating.

Beautiful inside, staff is friendly and wonderful. Great atmosphere. Breakfast area very clean and great selection. Staff kept everthing filled. Rooms were spacious and very clean. This is also a pet friendly hotel accomodating hotel.
