Paid for a king suite, but property was oversold so we were put into queen standard, but of course already paid *******. No refund of the difference. No follow up to apologize. ******* attempted to get this refunded, David said no, ask the manager. We will see if that happens.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, nice, and safe. It was also closely located to so many different things to do. The price is the best thing, especially for the quality of the hotel. The Bistro in the hotel was the greatest! We had a nap cap before heading to bed after being out and we were able to grab coffee and small breakfast items before heading out for a bigger brunch! Our son absolutely loved everything and he said it made him feel so fancy hahaha! We will be back!

The room was clean, the service very helpful and we had everything we needed. The location is odd, and the smell of the brewery had mixed reviews, especially early in the day. Parking was full as was the hotel. Great overall.
