The hotel is great! Great location and everyone was friendly. The only problem I had was Marriott over the phone would not let me add a day on to the stay because I booked with *******. ******* wouldn’t let me change with them sighting Marriott is the only company that can change the reservation. I fortunately wasn’t there at a time they were busy and the front desk was accommodating.

Rooms were clean, staff was great. The location is amazing, we walked to dinner. Rooftop bar was nice too. My only complaint is the bed was not comfortable.

This was a lovely hotel. Great location in downtown Ashville. Walking distance to great dining and shopping. The rooms were modern and clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was super friendly. Had a delicious breakfast in the dining room. It was a perfect stay at a very reasonable price. We are Bonvoy Platinum members and this is my perfect type of hotel.

We love the location, we have been coming to Asheville for years now. 2nd time staying here. Love it! Can park and walk anywhere you want to go, so many choices. Staff were awesome, really made our stay! Will be back.

This would be a five star rating. The location is great , the rooms are comfortable, the staff is very accommodating, and the rooftop restaurant/bar has exceptional vistas of greater Asheville. But, the elevators. There are only two elevators serving the hotel. During peak times, you will find yourself waiting 2 to 3 minutes for an available elevator. The hotel is located in the heart of downtown Asheville and you are only a few minutes walk from the major attractions. The workout room is OK, but seriously Marriott, it’s time to upgrade your equipment to Peloton and other similar items.
