It was really good. hotel is so clean ! and staffs are very kind

nice hotel, near to university. Luckily got it and then it was full.

Mid week mini break a gift from our daughters. The hotel gave us an accessible room in a converted outbuilding. The room was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was included and was tasty. There was a choice of continental and full English. No room service or evening meals however.

We really enjoyed our anniversary trip at The Falstaff. Excellent service and a lovely breakfast too!

Fun and stylish place to stay. The location couldn’t be better for people visiting Canterbury. Very lively with Euro 2024 fans, but we were able to get a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was tasty and I appreciated that they started serving at 7 am as we had an early train back.

What an amazing hotel. The new manager and his staff are amazing. We were staying for my daughters wedding at a nearby venue and then holding a surprise 30th birthday bash for the groom on Sunday. From the moment Pierre got invloved all stress was removed. He was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Balloons and decorations delivered Friday and stored until sunday. Cake held in the chiller for us. Smooth check-in on Friday. Beautiful rooms and lovely and quiet so 2 great nights sleep. The catwring for our event was superb, fresh hand made food that kept being topped up. Fast and friendly bar staff. All in all a perfect stay. 10/10 The only down side is paying £12 per day to park on top of the hotel rooms. I know all hotels are selling their carparks to parking app companies but it leaves a sour taste adding £36 to a 2 night stay. Not the staffs fault and as i said before 10/10 for service and friendliness. Spotlessly clean rooms Large clean fluffy towels and all top quality toiletries provided. Would definitely stay here again

Lovely welcoming hotel, perfectly located with some stunning historical rooms. Good value breakfast served by a lovely team. We were in Canterbury for a specific event so stayed a single night. Would happily have stayed longer. Finally, if you have time visit Corkk, great wine bar serving mainly English wines. Highly recommend.
