Premier Inn Ashford (Eureka Leisure Park)

Billy basic, just 'functional' for a night before an early Eurotunnel trip. Clean. Quite uninspiring, but was only £84! Quick check in. You wouldn't go for a holiday or a romantic weekend, but it was £84, decent night's sleep before an early start. Plenty of places to eat very close by but NO electric car charging nearby : the charging area opposite we saw on the internet hasn't been built yet!

Stayed here while visiting family in the area Great location just off motorway. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good - in the Beefeater next door Room was cold on first time which other people were saying but got it sorted

Comfortable room but bed edge was poor. I did report it to staff for future reference. Window was fixed and could not be opened but aircon worked fine but missed the fresh air. Breakfast was excellent and was served in the Beefeater directly next door. Staff excellent. The outside of the building looked tired. Easy parking but must remember to register your vehicle for the duration.

Just would like to thank Isaac and Kenzie for a fantastic time when I arrived till I departed Kenzie you made my arrival so so special and for the first time a room on the ground floor thank you room 33 to both of you and the rest of the staff thank for making my stay extremely fantastic see you soon

Premier inn was as expected, good value, clean and comfortable. Was unable to use free wifi which was an issue. The biggest problem was the restaurant which is a Beefeater. Food was such poor quality we couldn’t even eat it. I’d recommend the hotel but definitely don’t bother eating there.

Stayed at this hotel overnight before travelling onto the continent. We arrived late after eating out perhaps 7 o’clock when we got into the room we realised that despite being a room for four there was only hot drinks for two. When we asked reception we got two extra mugs and no additional hot drinks, it was getting late so I decided not to challenge this. Then noticed a really bad smell by the door which was across between off milk and vomit. We decided not to approach the staff because he had an early start and we wanted to get away, not stay up late whilst they clean the carpet . We all got into bed with the children to watch a film only to find that the TV didn’t work properly. The remote control is broken and we can only get one channel. Rather than try and get this resolved, we decided to get our heads down as we were up at 4 am to catch the train to France. To end with a couple of positives, the bed was comfy, other than the smell the room was clean and the shower was super powerful and hot. I’m not sure I’d rush back to Premier Inn given while we stayed as an advance night before using the Eurotunnel. Its location is good and the price is okay, anywhere else in the UK I would probably take more time to stay somewhere else.
