Kelsey provided great customer service. She was welcoming and had a great personality for this job. The hotel was bright and clean! And I loved the Christmas tree. This hotel offered gym and free breakfast! You can't beat it. Will be back!

Great stay. Comfortable and clean. There is a $50 charge for pets, but we were able to have him with us for breakfast in the lounge area which is a huge benefit. Felt very safe.

Loved the facility and staff. Unfortunately, someone attempted to break into my King Ranch while we were there. They set off the car alarm in the middle of the night as they pried, and broke, the pushbutton lock out of my door. Such a shame as the property is a delight.
