Highly unhappy! I booked 2 nights but made 2 reservations 1 night each and I was told they were merged. There was not only housekeeping pounding in my door, waking me up, but I also had the front desk calling after that to tell me that if I wanted another day I’d have ti contact *******. I work second/third shift so I was sleeping and was then up the entire day. I was assured this would not happen. When it was bright to the attn of the front desk, nothing to make my stay better was done. Highly unhappy

This is an amazing hotel with an amazing staff!! Night auditor, housekeeping, breakfast attendant and all front desk went way above and beyond. We were in town with 9 people for a concert and the hotel was packed. There was always enough people work the breakfast and never stood around looking for food or condiments without an attendant asking if we need something. When we need to flip towels because there was no stayover service due to the concert in town and did not need, any housekeeper we came into contact with was very warm, welcoming and ready to help. The front desk staff was great with keeping us all from being locked out of our rooms at anytime and did not mind remaking keys over and over. I even left my bag with all credit cards in the lobby and they reminded us the next morning. I will definitely stay here again.

We've stayed here several times and we always find it a friendly and pleasant place to stay. The only thing I would suggest to make it even better would be to rearrange the room so that the refrigerator is closest to the door and the bathroom. With two people in the room and one at the desk, it is a real problem to go back and forth from the refrigerator and the bathroom where the sink is. It would make much more sense to have the refrigerator close to the sink.
Everything else was great!

This hotel is dated and is in need of a lot of repairs. We arrived late as we were road tripping. Upon arrival we were met with a very strong chemical smell. The clerk was brand new so check-in took a while. The room, well it was very used and still had a very strong chemical smell as like the lobby. The bathroom sink drained very, very slowly, so any liquids went down the toilet. The morning buffet consisted of packaged danishes, coffee, and hot water only. I informed the front desk of the problems and was they replied that they tell maintenance, very doubtful.

Property seemed "past its prime" on upkeep. Things weren't in disrepair, but had the feel that proper maintenance hadn't been a priority in some time.
Was greeted nicely right away and taken care of very well.

Ok when we areived there was no one at the front desk. It took 10 to 15 minutes for someone to appear. She seemed to have an attitude when i stated i was witing for 10 to 15 minutes, and just wanted to check in. She then ch3cked me in and gave me my keys. Uponed entering the room the smell that hot us was unacceptable. I instantly went back to the front desk to request another room. She followed me back to the the room to take a smell herself then agreed it smelled bad. She then moved me a few rooms down. We entered it did smell better but the shower looked as if it wasnt clean or maybe needed to be refinished. Either way it looked dirty. Im not sure if it was a party but it was running and loud screaming for hours on in. Over all i give my stay a 3 star. The appear of tgis Fairfield alone was disappointing.

Bugs coming in the window in room 119.
I think they are lighting bugs. They need to spray outside the window.
