Cobblestone Inn and Suites - Ashland

Very Clean room. Good value. the breakfast was just unique enough to really enjoy it. Even the coffee was great. Next door dining was excellent and unique as well. We plan to stay again in the future. ..........................................

Everything about our stay was wonderful! Special thanks to Jacob and Elizabeth. This place is fantastic and it was my first time staying here. I was very clean. The room had everything we needed. Thank goodness for the nonstop coffee in the lobby. Bringing our two dogs to a hotel for the first time was so challenging and this hotel made it so much easier for us to bring them with us. The beds were so comfortable, I appreciated all the pillows and toiletries. Truly a very comfortable sleep! Thank you very much to all the staff here, we will be back again in the next few weeks from Evanston, IL. Thank you so much! A+++

Always appreciate this location. Everything is always clean and neat. The breakfast bar has a nice variety with an organized layout. This location is convenient with nice restaurants and eating establishments within walking distance.

The room was large comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great. There was a great restaurant right next door. We would return for another stay! The apostle islands are nearby and are a wonderful short trip from this location.

Very nice place and very well maintained, a nice place to unwind after traveling. The room was very nicely decorated and the hotel was very quiet. Very convenient for nightlife and also close to the lake. The breakfast had plenty choices from waffle makers to cereal.

The Cobblestone offers comfortable and clean rooms with all necessary amenities. It is particularly convenient to downtown Ashland and its historic buildings and murals. We enjoyed walking the trail along Lake Superior and had dinner at the Deepwater Restaurant and Brewery, which is right next door to the hotel. Also highly recommend Black Cat Coffeeshop and Cafe, two blocks away.

My only concern when staying at a hotel is cleanliness!!! This place hit it! Everything sparkled, it was bright and white and beautiful! The staff were all pleasant and very helpful! I will definitely be staying here on my next visit! Thank you Cobblestone

Mattress was comfortable. They provided 4 pillows for each bed, 2 firms, and 2 soft. Premium teas and coffee were available all day. Breakfast was not gormey, but reasonable for money paid. The location was convenient in downtown Ashland. The staff was very friendly .

My fiancé and I where unfortunately caught up in the global airline crisis that happened. Our flight was cancelled minutes before our flight was scheduled to leave. There were no other options for us to book alternate flights/transportation to get us to the Cobblestone. Once realizing our trip was no longer going to happen, I called the called the Cobblestone to inform them we were victims of the global cyber/airline crisis and asked if they can provide us a refund, a credit to come to back or even a partial refund as I know this would also put a financial burden on the hotel. The response I got was negative and that no full refund (which I was not expecting), no credit for future stay, or no partial refund was issued. We were sad and disappointed we missed a family wedding because of crisis, but it's poor business practice for this hotel to not recognize the hardship their customers suffered and treat them so badly. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as they don't care about their customers.
