My fiancé and I where unfortunately caught up in the global airline crisis that happened. Our flight was cancelled minutes before our flight was scheduled to leave. There were no other options for us to book alternate flights/transportation to get us to the Cobblestone. Once realizing our trip was no longer going to happen, I called the called the Cobblestone to inform them we were victims of the global cyber/airline crisis and asked if they can provide us a refund, a credit to come to back or even a partial refund as I know this would also put a financial burden on the hotel. The response I got was negative and that no full refund (which I was not expecting), no credit for future stay, or no partial refund was issued. We were sad and disappointed we missed a family wedding because of crisis, but it's poor business practice for this hotel to not recognize the hardship their customers suffered and treat them so badly. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as they don't care about their customers.
