At the end of our wonderful trip to Africa, we wanted to relax by the sea for a few days. To cut a long story short, we are more than disappointed. This accommodation deserves a maximum of three stars. The whole hotel is in dire need of renovation. The rooms are furnished with the cheapest materials. The service is poor and without heart. If you like healthy and vital food, you will look in vain here. The spa has a beautiful view but here too the whole area is without heart. No music, no nice scent, no candles. Instead, the generator hums at the most beautiful relaxation spot. It is a mystery to us how this hotel carries the "Anantara" brand. The management did not even show up at checkout. It is a shame! It is not usually our style to write such a bad review. Perhaps the management will wake up now and start to fundamentally change something. We certainly will not come back. And unfortunately we cannot recommend the hotel either.
