very unhappy with my stay because there was no hot water in the bathroom and the had a very bad smell like spilt milk or something that was off.
they need to update the rooms and clean them

We were placed in room 62 in the old Aspley Building.We had to be moved to room 65 due to an horrendous periodic noise from the bathroom.Room 65 had secondary double glazing however the actual window was impossible to open & the TV had to be turned on & off at the socket.Room information was not up io date.

This is a beautiful hotel. Set in a lovely house and grounds. The facilities are great. Lovely rooms, lounges, bar, restaurant and garden. The staff are brilliant. Everyone was amazing. Nothing too much trouble. Thank you to you all for a lovely 3 night stay. Nice pub opposite too called The Anchor and there is The Blue Orchid Thai and Indian restaurant next door. Nearby Woburn Sands ideal for shops and railway. Just the best hotel!

Cold shower, filthy dirty everywhere. Staff were poor. Food choice very limited. Not a good experience

Stop over prior to early hospital appointment. Room was spacious and very comfortable. It was a cold winter evening but heating was excellent and we were very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and there was no shortage of hot water for bath or shower. Breakfast was available for our early start and we both had full English. One of the best cooked breakfasts I’ve had in a hotel. Cooked and presented perfectly. Staff in all services bright and friendly.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. We asked for a couple of items and they were immediately provided. Breakfast staff were very very busy but managed to serve with a smile , so well done.

We booked the restaurant for a big family get together for mothers day and what a lovely day we had. The roast dinners were amazing (big homemade yorkshires), the burgers were huge and the staff were great. 19 people served quickly and all happy with there meals. This place is a 'must visit' for a lovely Sunday roast.

I arrived at Moore Place on a Sunday afternoon and was greeted by welcoming and friendly staff. During my brief stay the staff were always attentive and ready to help and gave good tips for good local food! It made the overnight one of the more enjoyable ones I have had recently!
