Correcte service maar niet alle staff is even vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Goed restaurant en nette kamers. Geen zelfbedienings koffieapparaat bij ontbijt en om 9.45 h moet je nog beleefd een koffie vragen, verse roereieren werden ijskoud geserveerd als straf omdat ik deze om 9.45 h vroeg.

L’hotel l’unica cosa positiva ha solamente la vicinanza dal Forum. Non e’ possibile che un 4 stelle la doccia sia tutta aperta senza il box cosi’ da allagare il bagno. Poi mancava un asciugamano grande abbiamo informato la reception e solo dopo la seconda chiamata e dopo quasi 20min ce lo hanno portato. La presenza dei ragazzi che ci lavorano e’ appena sufficiente proprio come trattano i clienti.

Das hotel liegt an der autobahn,und sehr nahe an der metrostation. Würde das frühstücksbuffet aufgefüllt,wäre alles vorhanden was man für einen guten start in den tag und einen city-tripp benötigt. Die betten sind sehr bequem, und man kann sich für den nächsten tag erholen.
