The Greenwood Resort, Guwahati

Delightful experience once again. We are absolutely in love with Greenwood. Every thing is A++++. Restaurant is our comfort zone. Food is awesome. Mr. Dhanjit's service and hospitality is top class. Really looking forward to our next visit.

Pathetic experience at so called resort . Management is very poor I can literally notice Senior guys are screaming on poor staffs at back side of aroma cafe . So many bad words can't even mention here. No one looks happy to serve nether. It's looks like not a place to visit any more please ignore if you are in guwahati many other options are available at lower price

We had an outdoor birthday party at the Cafe Bagan recently for about 40 guests. I only had word-of-mouth recommendation that the resort was green and clean. The booking was done efficiently over phone with F&B Mr Ajit Das and Mr Rudra Pradhan. On site Mr Pradhan and Chef Manas took our pre-orders and also helpfully suggested items. The food was excellent as was the polite service by the team of young staff, all the way to playing the Happy Birthday song during the cake-cutting and offering biodegradable bowls and cutlery for the cake. Mr Pradhan remained on hand to attend to our requests till the end, and Mr Das followed up after the party to check all went well. Our guests enjoyed the outdoor ambience surrounded by greenery (with large fans to keep cool!) and it made for an enjoyable get together. All in all a very good experience and a high standard of service at a reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend for small parties and meet-ups. (Small suggestion to do away with the plastic water bottles option and serve boiled/RO water to prevent plastic pollution).

Beware, highly incompetent reception with no accountability or remorse for the poor quality of service. I booked a quick weekend gateway with my parents. Booked a luxury room which felt like a poor room. When I was checking out realised that it was a premier room and the reception was silent as to why I paid for a so called luxury room and they allotted me a lower category one. Seems like a scheme to dupe customers. Based on the rooms that they display in travel booking sites and the actual rooms, it’s hoodwinking customers

One of the best place to host parties and hang around with friends and families in Guwahati .Very large area with lush and greenery around!! Rooms are very clean and luxurious with modern amenities. Indian, Chinese and continental foods are very delicious , Staffs are very helpful and friendly especially Ajit Das ( food and breaverage manager) and his team Joyce, pranjal …, I visited here a number of times they never disappoint us. Its the best !!!!

Visited this resort in the Month of Jan 2024 for the Wedding and Found it good and Well managed. Property is Huge and Elderly might need a E Rickshaw to commute. Food Served here is good and Spread is wide. Network here is a big Issues and You didn't get a good coverage here. Only option is the Intercom.

I went to attend a wedding and Greenwood felt like a slice of heaven on earth. Scenic, picturesque, a blend of nature and modern amenities. I absolutely loved the place, ambiance, food, view, room service everything. The staff was very prompt, helpful, respectful and courteous. A special thanks to Sanjeev who helped with seamless coordination and arrangments of the wedding preparations. A special call out to food and beverage team members they were wonderful in every way. They kept my request of making me seperate tea no matter how busy with the weddings and also helped in sending the breakfast to the room for my kid. F&B team: Ajit Das Jintu Lun Khushi They have a wonderful ranch with beautiful horses right behind the reception area my kid enjoyed his first time experience of feeding horses and horse riding. He loved his ride on horsey Snooze and will cherish it for a lifetime.

Greenwood Resort in Khanapara, Assam, truly stands out. Sanjeev, the event manager at Greenwood Resort, demonstrated exceptional organizational skills, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Ajit, the food and beverage manager, curated a delightful culinary experience, enhancing the overall enjoyment of the event. The resort's ambience exuded positive vibes, complemented by a well-designed space. The combination of excellent service, inviting atmosphere, and delicious food made the event at Greenwood Resort truly memorable.

Friendly staff, beautiful and quiet park-like resort; Food was excellent in the resort. We slept well on our perfect mattress. I was only a bit disappointed that the Wifi did not work for our Apple devices (because the network was unsecured we were told) and given the bad signal strength of the 4G network at our room, it meant we had to live without many of the digital services you take for granted in a luxury resort.
