Found wonderful relief from the heat, the air conditioning in the room is very strong and the rest of the building is also kept cool, breakfast was also super extensive and plenty of play opportunities for the little ones! Reception staff who received us were cool, but other staff smiled and waved friendly to our son, so I wouldn't judge the service on a person.

The Bonte Wever buffet restaurant is simply good and cozy! Wonderful smells come from the grill plate. Beautifully presented plates with delicious asparagus, salmon or chicken fillet, all freshly baked. But the buffet also looks very tasty! So many different and delicious dishes! And the desserts Delicious! We had a delicious meal and enjoyed it very much.

The website looks promising, but nothing could be further from the truth. The hotel was 90% full of elderly people, a few families. We were there during the May holidays. Several staff members have confirmed that there are always a lot of elderly people. This is not a family or children's hotel. Swimming pool is good (although quite dirty) and there are nice pool tables, but these are often occupied by elderly people. Food is really bad. Dining room is very large and so uncomfortable. There is nothing personal but real factory work. They don't come to your table. Animation team not seen. Of course it says something, but we can't judge it. All in concept sounds attractive, but believe me, I'd rather pay a little more and get good food and fun than this. Hotel is quite clean, rooms are okay! There are many fun things to do in the area. So we spent a lot of time on the road and very little in the hotel. If you are looking for a nice and good children's hotel, go to HUP hotel.

An ideal all-in hotel to spend a few days with the family. Varied buffet, with a separate buffet for children. Spacious and clean rooms, lovely swimming pool, bowling, nice café street, etc. The mascot Billy the Beaver was also popular. It was somewhat strange that the lifeguards questioned our 8-year-old daughter's Belgian swimming diploma, which we obviously did not have with us on holiday. Also get information about where and when you can get snacks: that wasn't really clear to us.

The perfect family outing, for a few days of rest and enjoyment of each other. There is a bowling alley, swimming pool and lots of delicious buffet food. The food is not very healthy, but I expected nothing less from an all-in concept. The children loved it, and the mascot Billy the Beaver was also very popular. The rooms were large and tidy, and there was plenty of parking.

Terrible experience. Waste of money. We will never come here again! The swimming pool and saunas were overcrowded and extremely dirty (dirty wipes, vomit everywhere). Lunch at Flinck was not worth it. Dirty seats, cold food. The only plus was the relaxation massage.

It was horrible! When I call around noon about bowling, because I read that you cannot make a reservation online and when you check in that everything is full, I want to ask if that is really the case. They told me by phone that it is not busy this weekend and that there is free space for bowling. and even if it will be full they will find another solution, so yesterday we arrived, of course we want to go bowling can't is full, the next day Sunday it is also full. Massage is also not possible, everything is reserved. We were not the only ones, there was also a family with 2 children, lady, I think the manager or something (a little older short hair with glasses) very rude she told them - full is full, you are out of luck. What kind of answer is that? The children's father wanted money back because there was really nothing to do with kidere. They pay almost 700 e for a weekend with children and they can't do anything because there is no place, but they pay for it?! Manager says she only has six places to bowl and what? In the evening I ask again what solution they have, because when I call this is what they told me on the phone, she says she can't do anything! If I knew, I would never come here. At Preston Palace there are four places and everyone can go bowling, even on weekends there is never such a problem. I'm so disappointed it really was a waste of money. We drive 200 km just to go to the pool? really, if you don't want a bad experience, don't go here, choose another hotel where they are going to treat you like you deserved.
