Eines der besten Hotels, in denen ich je war!!! Das Casa dos Oficios ist ein einstöckiges Haus in der Fußgängerzone von Tomar, ca. 10 Min. zu Fuß vom Bahnhof / Busterminal. Es ist geschmackvoll renoviert, Familienbetrieb. Im Eingangsbereich besteht der Fußboden aus Glasplatten, man kann darunter die alten Fundamente sehen. Passend zum Namen "Haus des Handwerks" sind die Zimmer alle nach Handwerksberufen benannt, ich hatte das Zimmer "Barbier", entsprechend lagen auf der Glasplatte des Schreibtisches Barbierwerkzeuge. Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, auf dem Bett lagen Bademantel und -Schlappen bereit. Das Bett selbst herrlich, weich, bequem. das Bad gut ausgestattet. Kein Wunsch blieb offen. Das gilt auch für das Frühstück. Am zweiten Tag meines Aufenthaltes sagte mir die Chefin, es wären nicht so viele Gäste da, ob ich gern Spiegeleier mit Speck haben möchte. Gern. Im 1. Stock gibt es eine Art Salon mit Bibliothek und Bar. Die ganze Familie, die das Hotel betreibt, sehr nett, sehr freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich absolut wohlgefühlt, das habe ich ihnen bei der Abreise auch gesagt.

The staff are very nice and friendly. Show us where to visit and how to go there in detail, and prepare a nice breakfast before the regular breakfast time because we need to catch a bus early.

Nous avons adoré ce petit hôtel. Très bien situé à proximité des attraits touristiques qui permet de visiter à pied. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité et João était très sympathique et nous a bien accueilli.

Hotel non raggiungibile in auto: si parcheggia poco lontano e si fa una breve passeggiata. Molto raffinato. La nostra stanza era mansardata con il letto al centro della stanza, molte finestre ed un delizioso piccolo terrazzino con due poltroncine in vimivi e tavolino. Bagno enorme con doppi lavandino con vasca e separata doccia. Ottima colazione abbondante. Personale gentile e disponibile.

I spent 1 night at the Casa dos Oficios Hotel in mid-April. The staff of this small hotel were extremely helpful, my room was very comfortable, and the breakfast – a generous buffet supplemented with freshly scrambled eggs – was delicious. It’s also extremely well located for a visit to Tomar. I highly recommend this hotel!

This is a surprisingly wonderful hotel. It’s stylish, luxurious, and comfortable. Our host was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was sumptuous.
