Dopo svariati anni che alloggio in questa struttura purtroppo sono rimasto deluso per svariati motivi:
1. Appena arrivati c’era un errore sulla prenotazione anziché due adulti ed un bambino a loro gli compariva solo due adulti. Di fatti la struttura mi ha addebitato il costo del bambino anche se sul sito di trip compariva gratuito.
2. La prenotazione fatta sulla Spa del giorno di arrivo era stata programmata per il giorno dopo. ( fortunatamente la responsabile della Spa ha ottemperato al disguido)
3. Il bagno nella zona doccia c’erano delle formiche.
Non metto una stella perché conosco bene la struttura e spero che gli faccia riflettere a quanto accaduto. Un’altra persona sicuramente avrebbe fatto storie. Ovviamente sarà mia premura prima di alloggiare nuovamente in questa struttura valutare altre strutture limitrofe.
Devo ringraziare in particolare all’assistente Trip perché mi ha assistito fino alla fine cosa che non ha fatto la struttura alberghiera.

The apartment in block 5 was clean and functional. Large bed in the bedroom, lounge area with small fridge; air conditioned. Perfectly adequate for one night but a little remote from the main hotel facilities (0.6km). It did have a restaurant nearby with superb panoramic views of Assisi and that had a fantastic buffet with wine tasting on the day we were there. I would recommend this place.

O hotel vende 4 estrela e não entrega maus que 2. Serviço ruim no jantar, com pouco pessoal de atendimento. Café da manhã razoável pela dificuldade da equipe. Quartos bons em espaço e limpeza, assim como os banheiros, mas área comum bastante deficiente. Manutenção externa e jnterna muito ruins

Struttura moderna e spaziosa, secondo il sottoscritto è più di un 4**** L'accoglienza è cordiale e disponibile. La vista dalla sala da pranzo di Assisi è bellissima e il cibo è ottimo. Spa provata e consigliata. Possibilità di noleggiare la bicicletta o giocare a golf. Camere De Luxe eccellenti, belle, pulite e tranquille. Ampio parcheggio. Hotel che consiglio vivamente a tutti.

Ottima esperienza in famiglia. Camer deluxe confortevole e spaziosa. Pulizia della camera soddisfacente. Servizio al cliente buono. Posizione strategica a pochi chilometri da santa maria degli angeli e situata in una bellissima tenuta lontano dai rumori. Abbiamo soggiornato a fine anno e il servizio ristorante e lo chef ha deliziato i nostri palati con piatti davvero ben preparati. Infine si è anche degustato un buon vino e un ottimo olio. Ci ritorneremo senza dubbi.

Struttura fantastica, nulla da eccepire . Ristorazione e bar invece , hanno bisogno davvero di mettersi in linea con la struttura. Cena e colazione non all’altezza di un 4 stelle , per non parlare del cenone di fine anno… Peccato perché ha davvero tante potenzialità. Ma la struttura merita davvero.

Hotel pessimo...struttura esterna in stato di abbandono...camere moto sporche , dopo le pulizie ho dovuto richiedere due volte gli asciugamani xche pochi.. Cucina scarsissima soprattutto per i bambini cibo a buffet freddo, pasta precotta... Mi hanno fatto pagare la tassa di soggiorno x tre bambini minori di 12 anni...gli ho mandato un mail di rimborso e ancora ad oggi attendo risposta... Viaggio molto e vi assicuro che che questo è uno degli hotel peggiori che ho frequentato...
