After several years of staying in this property, I was unfortunately disappointed for various reasons:
1. As soon as we arrived there was an error on the reservation instead of two adults and a child they only saw two adults. In fact, the facility charged me for the child even though it appeared free on the trip website.
2. The reservation made for the Spa on the day of arrival was scheduled for the following day. (fortunately the Spa manager complied with the mix-up)
3. The bathroom had ants in the shower area.
I don't give a star because I know the structure well and I hope it makes you think about what happened. Another person would surely have made a fuss. Obviously, before staying in this facility again, I will be careful to evaluate other nearby facilities.
I have to thank Trip's assistant in particular because he assisted me until the end, something the hotel didn't do.

The apartment in block 5 was clean and functional. Large bed in the bedroom, lounge area with small fridge; air conditioned. Perfectly adequate for one night but a little remote from the main hotel facilities (0.6km). It did have a restaurant nearby with superb panoramic views of Assisi and that had a fantastic buffet with wine tasting on the day we were there. I would recommend this place.

The hotel sells 4 stars and does not deliver worse than 2. Bad service at dinner, with few staff. Reasonable breakfast given the difficulty of the team. Rooms are good in terms of space and cleanliness, as are the bathrooms, but the common area is quite deficient. Very poor external and internal maintenance

Modern and spacious structure, in my opinion it is more than a 4****. The welcome is friendly and helpful. The view from the dining room of Assisi is beautiful and the food is great. Spa tried and recommended. Possibility to rent a bicycle or play golf. Excellent De Luxe rooms, beautiful, clean and quiet. Ample parking. Hotel that I highly recommend to everyone.

Excellent family experience. Comfortable and spacious deluxe room. Satisfactory room cleanliness. Good customer service. Strategic position a few kilometers from Santa Maria degli Angeli and located in a beautiful estate away from the noise. We stayed at the end of the year and the restaurant service and chef delighted our palates with really well prepared dishes. Finally we also tasted a good wine and an excellent oil. We will return without doubts.

Fantastic structure, nothing to complain about. Restaurants and bars, on the other hand, really need to get in line with the structure. Dinner and breakfast not up to the standard of a 4 star, not to mention the New Year's Eve dinner... It's a shame because it really has so much potential. But the structure is really worth it.

Terrible hotel...external structure in a state of disrepair...very dirty rooms, after cleaning I had to ask for towels twice because there were few... Very poor cuisine especially for children, cold buffet food, pre-cooked pasta... They had me I made them pay the tourist tax for three children under 12... I sent them an email for a refund and I'm still waiting for a response... I travel a lot and I assure you that this is one of the worst hotels I've frequented... .
