Tra gli hotel più famosi di Assisi. Ubicato a metà strada tra il Duomo e la piazza principale è una struttura storica con uno strepitoso affaccio sulla collina umbra. le parti comuni sono di ambientazione classica le stanze sono arredate in maniera sobria e moderna. Il plus è il ristorante.

Ci sono stata tre volte in questo hotel. Le due volte precedenti mi è piaciuto tutto, tanto che ci sono tornata. Questa volta è stata, purtroppo, una delusione. Il personale resta sempre perfetto. Professionale, competente e disponibile. Ma la camera indecente per un quattro stelle. La porta scorrevole del bagno, di truciolato tutta rovinata nella parte sottostante, oltre a formiche, polvere e macchia di muffa.

It was EXCELLENT experiences for me. The staffs at the lobby including BRK server Danielle were absolutely good.
But, guests made noises a lot. It was very awful to me. Thanx for all of ye kindness.

Ho prenotato un soggiorno di una notte per oggi , doveva essere un bel week end ad Assisi, purtroppo si è trasformato in un fastidio estremo. Ho preso l’influenza fuori dal termine per la cancellazione e di conseguenza mi sono attivato con l’hotel per chiedere non un rimborso ma uno spostamento della prenotazione . Ho ottenuto un fermo rifiuto motivato dalla loro relazione con smartbox. Tra cofanetto regalo e aggiunta di 65 euro ho speso più del prezzo ma soprattutto ho trovato zero disponibilità e customer care. State alla larga è un collegio , non un hotel, al quale ho regalato il pernottamento di questa sera .

폰테벨라 호텔에서의 숙박은 너무 훌륭한 경험이였습니다. 좋은 주차장과 훌륭한 위치였고, 안내해주시는 직원 분이 너무 친절하였습니다. 뷰는 진짜 끝내줍니다... 제일 감동이였던 것은 아침 조식입니다... 아침 조식에서 단감,귤 등을 서비스로 받고 너무 친절한 직원분의 대우를 받았습니다.
